I did my own research to find a cheap hotel in a reasonably good location for my first visit to Chiang Mai, and this ticks those boxes. Considering the cheap price of the rooms you shouldn't expect too much, but the rooms were comfortable enough. Bed's were on the hard side but I was usually too tired by the end...

I book a triple room, it's large with the basic furniture. A bancony look at the pool outside, it's so peace. The American breakfast was good, but it same same on 2 days we stayed. The reception is nice . But the only thing we wonder is the smell on the bathroom.

I arrived at the afternoon. Staff wasn't helpful, it took 20 mins for check-in even there had no other customer. My room was on 3/F, there has no lift with my heavy luggage, the staff didn't even offer to help. Back to the room ============= When I opened the room, you strong smoking smell. I killed more than 10 mosquitos...

Location is okay, not too far from main attractions. Quite a walk to the night bazaar but easy to get to by tuk-tuk. We had a triple room which is big. However the sliding door to the balcony lock does not work and does not give you sense of security. Water pressure is weak. On one occassion there was not...

Now we are offering our program in Chiang Mai, and because we live in a house in Thapae Soi 4, we looked for a suitable...

We stayed here twice, for several days each, in a very spacious triple room. We were more than happy with all the amenities - safe, fridge, daily cleaning, bottled water, bathtub, huge windows, balcony, lift, clean swimming pool over the lane way. Wifi was included and we usually (but not always) had good reception in public areas and in our...

Great location in one of the small soi's in the old part between Loi Kroy road and Thapae road. And I had a big rooms (deluxe) on the top floor with great view. And the breakfast (included) was perfect for me (croissant, tea, jam). Staff was a bit mixed, some staff were totally not into any friendly service, while other...

This was my worst stay ever. Please save yourself from an horrible experience. The hostel receptionists, specially Ton Hom (I’m not sure if this his is true name as I I’ve been lied consecutively by the receptionists), treat you in a very rude way to the point of shouting at you. I had an early check out, with no support...
