We enjoyed our stay at the Chiang Mai Thai House. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, but we had some issues with the electricity and the air conditioning in our room. The issues were resolved, and we ultimately enjoyed our stay! The best part about it was that it was walking distance from everything we wanted to...

I've stayed there with a group of friends, we rented two rooms. They pick us up at train station and offered a free ride to the hotel before we even booked which was a nice surprise. The rooms were cheap, nice and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was little dirty tho.

Regrettably stayed here for 3 nights. Customer service in this place is non existent. The vibe you get from the staff at reception is not nice. They are most unhelpful and don't communicate in English very well. All they seem to care about in this place is your money. When we checked in we was given a list of rules...

Had a great time here in Chiang Mai and we enjoyed our stay enormously. Rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was a God send, as was the salt water pool. The food was good however beware of the mosquitos lurking in the dining area, I was eaten alive! I would definitely return! 😀

Chang Thai house is a real find. Don't let the location or cheap price put you off this great hotel. Only three years old clean, neat and great little pool to cool down. Breakfast is included and ok in a nice setting. Fresh fruit, toast, tea and coffee. Fresh eggs cooked to order. It is a five minute walk to...

We stayed in a room with fan for two nights. The room was very clean and colourful. The hotel has a great location, you are close to the old town and the night market. The swimmingpool was a nice bonus to this hotel! The staff was helpfull and the breakfast, which is not included, was alright.

Really nice place, the nicest room we had in Thailand and the price was ok. The place has a swimming pool, but we didnt have time to use it. The neighbourhood is so so, but the center is not far away.

We have been there for few wonderful days. Good internet connection, indoor pool, restaurant and lobby available inside. They picked up us from the train station to the hotel. Nice people at the office :)

When I checked in and got to my room I noticed I was short 100 baht from the change for paying for the room. Went back and the young lady gave a coy smile and said "it fell on the floor here" Not impressed with the shortchanging right off the bat. Pool is in the shade and very cold. Also...

We have just visited Chiang Mai Thai house for our 2nd time and the first time with our daughter. It is a shame how this place is managed because the guesthouse has many positive points but on the other side the negative points did not made us feel like wanting to go back again. This guest house has currently prices...
