We booked in for 3 nights because the value was so good but that's the only positive. Rooms were very warm. It was actually cooler outside than in the room! There was a gap at the bottom of door too meaning anything could get in to the room

We went to this hotel based on a recommendation. We stayed for a few days in Chiang Mai but initially booked two nights to check the vibe and if we felt safe here as three female guests. To be fair this hotel has a great location for old town Chiang Mai, it is ideally situated for walking to old town... More

We stayed here for two nights on arrival to Chiang mai. Rooms were decent, met basic requirements: clean, tidy. Location was good near the old town esp for pop up Sunday markets. We had decided to stay for a further two nights but when we were met by an extremely disgruntled tourist information girl in the hotel who was confrontational... More

I asked very specifically for a quiet room, trusting their judgement. Well I was given a room on the road side of building opposite a working very noisy construction site!! Topping it all the both windows didn't close letting in noise and mosquitoes. Great! The room was clean but dated. The TV was huge CRT thing with about 5 Thai... More

The room is a bit run down, compared to advertised pictures. Pros: good size, well lit room, nice pool, excellent location. Cons: only one staff member was friendly. I was back in Chiang Mai and chose another hotel because of the unfriendly staff. I was here for two nights after a 34 hour trip and 10 hour jet lag. Staff... More

This place is one of the best hotel in Chiang Mai. The people who work there are very friendly. The rooms are clean, comfy and perfect for the price. But the most surprising of all is the quality of the food! We didn't expect the food to be so good in a small hotel like that. The day we left... More

We weren't really too sure what to expect when we booked this place. To be fair, it's a two star hotel so you have to expect the basics. Our biggest mistake was not booking a room with aircon as we thought the fan would suffice. The hotel it's self is walking distance from all the excitement and is very well... More

I really don't know where to start. If you havent got time to read this whole experience, the short story is: massively overpriced, uncomfortable, dirty and RUDE staff, who don't care in the slightest about you, only pushing tours. The real ins and outs were as follows: Booked a fan room. I accept this. I expected a fan that would... More

The salty pool was small and charming with Dokchampa trees. The house decoration was unique such as paintings on the wall and metal chairs. The first impression was good with big window that we can see the sky and view. But the room was dusty when we use a fan. There is some hotel construction opposite this house so it... More

We wouldn't contract a trip with them because it was more expensive that the tour guides of the city. For that reason the recepcionist had been very rude with us. She didn't want to keep our luggage in the luggage room our last day saying that it wasn't her problem that our train left at 20.00. So we had to... More
