There's no reason to stay here. It's not safe, it's not cheap, and it's not particularly nice. Chiang Mai, especially the Old City, is full of guesthouses. I hate to say it, but this place made my trip a lot worse and give me a horrible impression of the area until I found out that not everybody is like them....

I stayed here a few days and rented a private fan room, it was spacious enough and didn't get too hot even on warm days. The receptionist was very helpful, especially when booking excursions and allowed me to store my luggage for an extended period when I traveled outside Chaing Mai.

Booked this place online based on it having a pool and the previous reviews. When we arrived the pool was DARK green and pond-like. The hot tub was not AS dirty. They did have someone come and shock-clean the pool on our second day (dumped harsh chemicals into it) and when I went in the pool later on my legs...

On arrival we were able to check in early which was a massive plus! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room did not have a lock, luckily we had one we could use for the room. Pool was small and a little dirty. If you're a traveller on a budget then this is your place. Not for longer than a few...

The pool is very nice. Our first room was ok but the air conditioning didn't work at all. The second room stank (urine), the bathrool was very poor with a shower you had to hold and it wasn't shielded so when you took a shower the whole bathroom got wet. There was a lot of fungus. I would recommend to...

I stayed here simply because of the pool and felt it was a good price having read that breakfast was included. After a month of travelling and roughing it in hostels I was ready for a little bit of relaxation! I usually ask to see see the room before paying, and read reviews beforehand, but this time did not as I...

We stayed here because it had a swimming pool. We payed 400 baht for a 2 person room with a shared bathroom. If you look closely the hotel could use a touch up. There is no WiFi in the room, one of the 3 showers and one of the toilets was broken and there was no bar or anything to...

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was fine, but there are much better value options if you look around. We moved to a much cleaner, well maintained place for 100 b less. It appears that after earning a spot in the lonely planet this place has let standards slip, much work needs to be done.

We have seen the place last year and it looked appealing to us. We got a room with AC which did not work properly, the TV remote did not work, bathroom dirty..we killed a roach the first night. There was a closet but no hangers. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. We stayed 4nights and never saw...

I dont normaly complain about accommodation in Asia but i have to say this was really poor. I found two dead cockroaches on the floor and rat poo. Not only this but the floor was sticky and the place stank of damp. Sorry guys but for the price i paid this wasnt good. I ended up moving out of there....
