Me and my friend stayed in this beautifully decorated hotel in the old city of Chiang Mai for 6 nights on our trip through Thailand. It truly felt like a sanctuary with its spacious and very clean rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and...More
After visiting Bangkok, it was a little disappointing to see that Chiang Mai itself was still quite busy and touristy. But this hotel served us with a sort of haven a little away from most of the other hotels, but right next to a beautiful...More
3sis is a beautifully decorated guesthouse with a homey feel. It is located right across the street from a major temple, Chedi Luang and it is right on the street where they hold their popular Sunday night market. But what impressed me the most was...More
Nice and very clean place.
Rooms are big and beds comfortable.
The service is excellent. We had some problems with our lugagge and they help us in every moment. If it rains, they give you an umbrella. If you go to the river to practice...More

I do not think that 3 Sis is that convenient for a family. We were on the three floor and the showers were simply not functioning well. Is really poor, no exaggeration--not good for a family.
Wifi was also a huge problem.
If you read the negative reviews, you will get a better idea. I read them recently and things have not changed much over the years.
We found Uber helpful to take us from one place to another cause the weather was quite hot for our kids. With Uber where we stayed was not such a big deal, but good breakfast and good showers were important. In our travels, we found it most convenient to get data on one of our phones at the airport which came as a crucial part of our convenience.
Thailand was the last stop of 5 countries. It is more expensive here than we thought, not only hotels but food as well.
Best wishes on your travels. I would be happy to answer any question/s you may have.
Oh, hope you are here on a Sunday for the evening street market, otherwise we enjoyed our stay with our out of town trips.
On another note, if you cannot find a better place than 3 sis, and your child has their own food, and you go and buy breakfast food the day before and wifi is not a problem and you don't mind waiting 5 minutes before your shower gets to the right temperature, it can work for you for it has it own charm and the hotel has a lobby where your child can play a bit.
