This is a conveniently located, comfortable hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained, if a bit spartan. The price was right, though I wouldn't splurge on the breakfast. Overpriced and underwhelming.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights recently. Overall definitely agree the location in Chiang Mai is pretty great. Walking distance to basically everything around the old town and a lot of organized activities will offer hotel pickup. Our check in experience was different than other places in the region. Most give you an intro to the area...

Our room was lovely and large, with teak furniture. Customer service was excellent and location was PERFECT - just across from Wat Chedi Leung. Front desk helped us arrange ongoing travel to Pai. Only downsides were that our windows didn't open and the room got a bit humid during the day when the AC was off.

The 3 Sis is in the heart if the old city and provides great accommodation and service. The rooms are large and comfortable although the bathrooms could do with some modernisation. Staff very helpful. Delightful lobby too.

We visited last week, family of 3 (1 child). The hotel is in a great location in the middle of the old part of the city. Near to everything! From temples, walks, food and drinks. The staff here are excellent and we're always helpful with a smile. It is on the road where Sunday walking street is so plenty of stuff to buy...

Great location. Great staff. Very very accommodating. Lovely lobby. Very clean. Wifi isn't secure and it's not reliable. Breakfast is pretty good but not great. I'll definitely stay here again. Great value.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and super helpful during our stay. The interior open air lobby was a nice place to hang out and plan the day. Great location in old square. Clean and spacious room. For people with allergies, our room did have a mildew odor. We asked about changing rooms and the...

In 2006 3 sisters with help from their parents fulfilled their dream of opening a guest house in old Chiangmai. Their dream is beautifully realized. The staff is gracious and helpful... they lead us through the 'interesting' process of purchasing bus tickets online and going to the 7-11 next door to pay. The room is spacious and clean. The free...

My favourite place to stay in the old city Chiang Mai. You can walk to anything from The 3 Sis. The staff are very helpful and can assist your plans for the day. Quiet place to stay, yet in the centre of the city.
