We stayed at the Raming Lodge for 5 nights earlier this month. Chiang Mai is a beautiful city with lots to do, and we loved every minute of it! Though quite modest, the hotel was perfect for our needs - very affordable, clean, and conveniently located about halfway between the Old City and the Night Bazar! The hotel restaurant was...

We loved it at Raming Lodge. It was situated in an area out the way but able to get around by walking which we like to do. Staff friendly and polite with a warm smile. Room all you needed a great bathroom, clean and well serviced. Breakfast good and something for everyones taste.

Raming Lodge was a great inexpensive hotel. I never had hot water problems, (I showered at non-peak periods.) Internet wasn't free, but it worked just fine! The room was VERY big, and had good air conditioning. (although it turned off during the day when I left the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable when I first arrived back.) They...

We were in this hotel in our stay in Chiang Mai, we ordered first two nights to study the city and we stayed finally 10 nights. The hotel was our base to go for walks in the city. Excellent service, large and spacious rooms, a cute little pool and the food definitely reasonable. The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting...

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were treated to Happy Hour drinks and appetizers. The room also came with free spa vouchers - what a treat! Complimentary breakfast was a gourmet spread of wonderful food and the hotel is...

We (an American couple) stayed with our friends (an Austrlian couple) at this hotel for six nights in May. In short, we cannot fault it one bit, especially with the value we received for the money. Here's the breakdown: Room: Certainly, the room (a deluxe) was nothing special, but it had plenty of space and was clean. Our room had...

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location, great rooms, incredible value for money. It didn't concern me personally but there tends to be some noise on the walkways with the "C" shape tending to make to echo a little. If you're a light sleeper this could possibly be an issue but apart from that I couldn't fault it....

No complaints whatsoever. Perfecetly located close to shopping, nightlife, and tour companies. Quiet at night. Great front desk staff. Hotel includes vouchers for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Internet/computer available at a charge, but internet cafe across the street was ridiculously cheap. Overall no complaints.
