If you're looking for a less expensive, quiet hotel with comfort and convenience, this is a great choice. The room and facilities are very nice and comfortable, customer service is excellent, and you are literally steps away from attractions and some of the best street food on offer. We enjoyed Songkran here, which is the hottest time of year so...

Firstly I have to agree with the other reviews; the staff really make this a jewel of Chiang Mai. We stayed for 5 nights over Songkran and Sri Pat was a quiet refuge from the surrounding madness. The pool is tiny but a welcome relief from the sun. The rooms are quite small, we had an ensuite and The a/c...

Tucked down a side street in a great location in the old city. Room was spotless and the reception extremely friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend. Plenty of choices in the town to find food and at night great hawker stalls to be found at bottom of road on right hand side. The more you explore the more you will...

The shrill happy "good morning "is genuine. The family that run this are charming, nothing , but nothing is to much trouble. The rooms and common areas are spotless and the pool is clean and pleasent. Its relaxing, quiet, but still central. Close to all the best of Chiang Mia.. the desk arranged our tours with discounts.. I will book...

This place was my second hotel stop in Chiang Mai and was very pleased I decided to stay here. Greeted with smiles and very helpful staff plus a generally very clean hotel. You also must leave your shoes outside your room, but its safe. No breakfast included but you can pay. I just got breakfast at the many little places...

The outside and location of this guesthouse are perfect- located within the perimeter of the Old City, it is walkable to all local attractions. Although the room was nice and clean, a few basics were missing which only allowed me to leave 2 stars. No drinking water was provided in the fridge, although the room was serviced daily, the sheets...

My brother and I (27 & 21 from the States) started off our Asia tour at Sri Pat after several friends insisted we stay here. This was the absolute perfect first stop and really set the tone for our trip. The staff couldn't be more friendly, you can walk just about anywhere, and there's an abundance of restaurants/bars and coffee...

We spent 4 nights at Sri Pat, what a great place to stay. Its located in the North East corner of the Old City, everywhere within the old city is walkable...we found sri pat perfectly located. Rooms were lovely and bsthrooms were great...showers amazing! We used the outdoor pool a couple of times which was nice and refreshing. Also hired...

Stayed here with my sister for 3 nights. At first we were worried because we had a front corner room and I thought it would be noisy, but turned out it was not a problem. The room is big enough, and bathroom shower has great pressure. The area is super close to many restaurants and a market where they sell...

Good size room with extra large bed and a small balcony. The small pool in a lovely courtyard was a wonderful place to cool down a relax after exploring Chiangmai. Lots of places to eat and drink near by.
