Great location. Good wifi. Breakfast buffet better than most. Room was fairly clean. Television difficult to work. Bathroom s disaster. Drain in opposite corner of room from the shower. Water had to flow over the whole wc floor to escape. Floor always wet and slippery. A hazard and messy. Basin sink drain blocked and didn't work

We booked this place through an in-country travel agency as part of a larger package that included overnight train accommodations from Ayattaya and a multi-day hike into the hill country from Chiang Mai. Normally we like to stay in smaller guest houses; they provide more of the local flavor and less of the touristy hotel feel. We are not overly...

We booked a package for a trekking from Bangkok and the stay was at the Winner Inn. The cost of a double room with a/c and private bathroom is 1'200 Baht ($36) but the shower was not the best and the service poor. They told us we could keep our luggage in a locker for the night spent in the...

First of all, I order pickup from airport and they ignored it (when I asked at reception why they didn't pick up us, they said they don't know anything about that until I showed it on their printed Agoda order). Secondly, I don't like spots on my bedding.. Room was very tiny, not very clean, you can clearly see mold...

The hotel is close to the city. But the rooms are small and old. Not very much clean. Staff are smiling but I have the feeling that Thailand is spoiled with too many tourists. Not very friendly and only some people speak english. As we have been in a group tour, i have no idea of the price of the...

We didn't choose this room on our own- we booked through a travel agency in Bangkok. The room was dirty, and the AC was extremely loud. The faucet in the sink wasn't even attached to the base of the sink. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom as well. We put our bags on the floor under the...

Very average hotel, staff not brilliantly helpful, room was big enough, No view from any room. It was cleanish but bedsheets had holes in them and the towels were frayed. Breakfast was nothing to shout about, curry or bread were the 2 options. Won't be recommending and won't be returning.

We would like to mention something good. We stay in three different rooms, all of them not so clean, very old sheets, rooms very old and needing urgent renovation. In the past it was certainly a good hotel, but not now. Almost the same price you can stay in better ones.

I was here for 1 night. First of all, it was really great that I could checkin very early in the morning, since my bus arrived at like 06:00 oclock. But then, in the room, it all just looks really old and moldy and it smells just like that. The bed was very big. The airconditioning made a lot of...

We had a really nice stay at the winner inn. There was a small issue with some stains on the bedsheets. I went to report it, and 5 minutes later the staff came and cleaned my bed. The staff was helpful and nice. They helped us arrange some trips and get transport. Its location is a little away from the...
