Firstly, book the superior room. You will be grateful! The standard rooms are very budget but we moved to the superior room after a couple of nights. Breakfast is basic but the location of this hotel is a minute walk to Thapae Gate and surrounded by restaurants. The staff are very helpful and informative. They made our stayvery enjoyable.

I have a good stay at this hotel and I do not encounter any of the negative comments by other guests except I feel that some uplifting/renovations should be done to improve the facade of this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, will try to assist in all your requests if possible especially Ms Jajar Ponpilai and Mr. June....

So, I just walked in and asked to stay for one night with a possibility to stay longer if I like the hotel. We negotiated the price and it was ~15$. Near the door they advertise that if you stay 2 nights you get 1night for free. Apparently that's not how it works. I spent there two nights (paid much...

I won't advice anyone to go there! It's a dirty hotel. With unfriendly, impolite, racist staff!! Rooms are terribly dirty, wifi is free but it sucks. Rooms are horrible, stained bed sheets, towels are also stained and very old and torn. I found a lizard in my room on the ceiling and when I told the receptionist that i need...

Two couples had dinner in the restaurant. Both service and serving are below par. Although the food was good the staff needs to be trained to a higher standard. Excellent location just off Tha Pae Gate in the center of Chiang Mai.

The location is really good and the staff are really friendly. One member, Ozzy (sp?) really went out of his way to help me, especially when I had to relocate to different accommodation. I wasn't sure of how to get there and he took me on his motorbike and dropped me off at my new hostel. How nice is that?!...

Overall a nice hotel. Just do not expect luxury. Staff is helpful and nice, spacious clean rooms (even come with free toiletries), everyday 3 free bottles of water. AC worked well, hot water always hot. Great location - very easy access to the Old Ciy, all sights, Night Bazaar and Warorot market. Tuk tuk stand right near the hotel. Plenty...
