This hotel is only steps away from the night market. The hotel was clean and the beds were decent. It is not a modern hotel, and it's great for travelers who will not be in the room much. I did not get the breakfast, and it looked like it was mostly American food with some fried rice. The TVs in...

Disgusting bathrooms, with mould in the shower, no water pressure & dirty sink scum. We were supposed to have a king or double bedroom and the hotel had "overbooked" so they pushed two twin beds together. Clothing went missing from our Laundry. Staff couldn't understand English at all. The Buffet breakfast included bread, juice, coffee & tea, then you had...

If you are a foodie and shopping fanatic like me, you will definitely enjoy staying at the People Place Hotel in Chiangmai. The price is good, the rooms are clean, the staff are really nice and the location is great. It is located right next to Anusarn Market which is part of Night Bazaar. Everything is within walking distance.

The room is tired, and the pictures on Agoda are not an accurate depiction of what you get. If I had paid for that breakfast, I would have felt cheated. It was ordinary at best. If you need a room for one night right in the middle of the night market area, this hotel is a good choice. Just don't...

I stayed at People Place for two nights as part of a tour group. For a basic hotel, this was an excellent choice. The room was comfortable and relatively clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were clean and good quality. The air-conditioning worked great which is important as Chiang Mai is hot. The internet wasn't free (it...

Decent for those who just want to find a place to sleep during the night after a tiring day travelling. This place is near the night market and halal road for Muslims looking for halal food. I have no complaints on the room as we have good view, air conditioner, private bathroom and the room spacious as well.

Looking at the reviews we were very lucky with our room - it was a corner one with two windows an tonnes of space, plus a balcony. Room was clean & showers hot lou we had a fridge. I know a friends room was less inviting. Lounge area downstairs is comfortable. Wifi is 60b per stay but they don't mind...

The room is tired, and the pictures on Agoda are not an accurate depiction of what you get. Breakfast was included with our room, but you can also buy it at a cost of 110 Baht per person. If I had paid 110 Baht for that breakfast, I would have felt cheated. It was ordinary at best. If you need...
