Stayed here as a couple for 5 days and was allocated a twin bedded room when I asked for a double. This was changed immediately by the only efficient receptionist, only 1 of 2 who spoke or understood English. Reception Issue - I requested a wake up call which was not acted upon! I was told there was a courtesy...

I stayed here for 2 nights. TV has no signal then I called room service. They said they would fix it but they did nothing. The second day, My room was cleaned it's very clean but I got just a bottle of drinking water. (It should be two!) I think this hotel is very old but clean room. The location...

Our stay at Chiang Mai Gate Hotel was average, although the hotel and rooms are lovely, they were under going renovations at the time, not their fault of course just bad timing. The hotel is situated in a great location, a brief walk to the old town and the night market. The pool and pool area were great, but unfortunately...

Lovely location and a decent pool area although the poolside toilets were pretty horrendous! The rooms are simple but comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful to us. It is a very safe and secure hotel too and along the road outside there are a couple of nice bars and eateries. it is only a short walk to...

There is a great walking street on Saturday nights in Wualai and a (daily) fresh market across the main road. There is also a range of useful services (tours, bike rental, massage) and...

We've visited the hotel and the guy did want to make a discount so we went on internet and book a 40% discount deal. We spent 4 days in this nice hotel very close to small food restaurant and walking distance from the old city center. The swimming pool was very nice and refreshing after the heat of the day....

The hotel is all that you probably expect from a 3-star hotel. Clean room with a good bed and a decent bathroom. A small pool. It offers nothing extra and does not attract to stay in the room longer than really necessary. For me the main reasons for coming back are the quiet area and the really great small restaurants,...
