I have stayed here twice, Sept 2014 & July 2015. Rooms are spacious and clean, reasonable price, helpful staff, good breakfast and nice chill out area in front of house. A stone's throw from the Night Market where live music plays until midnight, but this didn't worry me.

For $12, this small guesthouse delivers a great value in the middle of the Night Bazaar. Staff is friendly and the breakfast also offers good value. I prefer a room with fan as it also helps keep mozzies away.

Lanna Thai Guesthouse Location wise is very good specially to get Indian food and also hire taxi very easily. And price wise its very good value for money. Its neatly maintained and was little noise from Market. Have to bare with few mosquito's in night.mosquito repellent will help.

I have stayed here many times and I have always found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating and the room although small were always clean and tidy! Considering its central location I find this a great value for the price they charge per night! I would stay with them again if I visit Chiang Mai.

As reiterated by many other reviewers, this little guest-house scores top marks for the price in many categories. The location is excellent! Turn right at the front door and within seconds you walk into one of the many facets of Chiang Mai's night bazaar. Turn left and within a minute or so you are onto an extension of the famous... A very pleasant little guesthouse situated about 60 seconds from the Night Bazaar. The staff were very helpful and always greeted us with smile. We stayed in room 206 and the wifi was very good (we could watch YouTube videos instantly). There was also 5 or 6 decent English channels on the TV. The bar downstairs was cheap too, a... More

Loved this hotel. Very reasonable price £9 a night. Basic but clean. Went for a fan only room and that was all we needed in Feb. Two second walk to the night bazaar. Would stay here again if visiting Chang Mai.
