This was our second stay here, we stayed for 15 nights and were not disappointed. It's ideally placed if you want to be near the night market and the old city is within walking distance. It's a big, bustling hotel with lots of movement but the staff were very nice and gave us everything we asked for. If we return...

I book via Agoda, being promised us a very sizeable room with a double bed and two single beds. My family had to check in without me and were asked to tell me to show my passport on my arrival. When I arrived at the reception to show it, it took them quite some time to figure out that I...

Vey disappointed in this hotel. Bugs everywhere, the rooms look like nothing in the website. We were given a room with stains and rips on the bedding, the carpet looked like it needed a good vaccum, the carpet was also loose and rippling, the room smelled. We requested and got a new room that was somewhat better but still lots...

The hotel is located near Night market and Night Bazar. Big rooms and a breakfast that is "all to big". What to choose? There are plenty of possibilities for exercising. Fitness, swimming etc. There ar restaurants and café's.

Overall the positives outweigh the negatives at the Duangtawan. I found the lobby and common areas attractive and restful. The spa and fitness center was first class. Having access to treadmills and weight lifting equipment is very important to me when I travel so I really appreciated the excellent fitness facility. The breakfast dining area was well resourced with plentiful...

I booked 2 Deluxe rooms here via booking.com. Upon c/in I was informed that instead of 2 rooms I had 4 rooms booked. In actual fact, I've cancelled 2 rooms much earlier via booking.com, leaving only the 2 required rooms. I showed the reception my correspondence and final confirmation from booking.com. They refused to acknowledge that and insisted I directly...

This hotel is massive with a lovely pool, the rooms are large and clean even if the decor is slightly tired - bathroom is good although they could do with a bit of a refurb - good value for money though, the only thing I didn't like was because it's so huge you never see the same staff member twice...

Very old hotel in need of a refurbishment soon. The room was large however it was dirty and the bed had bugs. The toilet wall tiles were badly stained and it had cockroaches. Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel has an overwhelming smell of musk from the second you walk into the lobby. The first "non-smoking" room I was placed in permeated cigarette smoke so I was moved to another room which smelled like old cigarette smoke. The safe and hair dryer also did not work in my room and water leaked from the walls. Pros: it...

Not the friendliest of welcomes from the lady on reception but the hotel was clean and the view from our room was amazing over the city. A 1 minute walk either left or right from the hotel will take you to markets, bars, food, taxis and the night bazaar. Pool very nice and a variety of food on the breakfast...
