Great location near to all the main and busy bits of Chiang Mai. Lovely pool and sun lounging area. Rooms are not very modern at all. You do get a fridge, they're air conditioned and they're clean. Good enough for me! Bathrooms they really do need to modernise. They're looking a bit tired.

Stayed here for five nights. Booked it because it was a good price and it had a pool. It has basic accommodations and the pool was the best part. I was happy overall. The staff who book tours were very very nice. Du was super friendly and helpful. There is tons to do in Chiang Mai and this place was...

The room was infested with mosquitos ! couldn't turn the AC while we're gone because the room key is needed is keep the electricity on while the keys are in. Couldn't even stay! Had to find another hotel quick!

I've been to chiang mai many times and this is my favourite hotel. It is quite expensive if you just turn up but you can get good deals on line. If you want a pool and a great location I would recommend. There are plenty of good cheaper places if you don't want a pool.

We found this guesthouse from ebookers for a good price but thought we don't book in advance to see the room first. My bf got sick on our flight so we took a cap straight from the airport to there to get a place quick. When we arrived the reception lady tried to charge us more even we shoved her...

Stayed here for 5 nights and wished it was for only 1.. We are travelling around so we wanted to wash our clothes. They charge for per item rather than per kg! Just walk 5 mins down the road and find a travel information shop next to Bear Hug Cafe. So much cheaper! During our stay we wanted more toilet...

Stayed there for 4 nights. The place has a pool, clean rooms, good bathrooms and it's near the city center (10 min walk). They offer a laundry service. Only the staff was unfriendly. The did not seem to care alot and they were always a bit annoyed by the guest.

Three of us stayed here for one night. I had a lovely room with an en suite hot shower room. The only downside was the noise outside from the cleaners base opposite at 7am. My daughter and boyfriend had a shared bathroom. Beer was expensive because they added 10% service charge for handing it to you! I only had coffee...

Was an ok hostel. Little clean pool..wooden rooms, towels regularly changed. Staff friendly enough. ..a bit slow in the restaurant. ..you have to really encourage them to serve you. Nice food though. Relatively quiet...situated next to a large road but didn't notice it. I would stay here again. This was over NY...so I'm guessing the rooms are usually about 500...

This guest house is rated three stars and I don't know how. The entire place smells of sewage but it's worse on the end of the second floor. We booked three rooms and the room with one guest only had one towel. No surprise when we left they tried to charge us for a towel they said was missing in...
