The bad Rooms run down and pretty "tired". They could do with a huge look over and new furniture. Everything needs tending to, especially the walls, windows, bed linen (worn out) and .. softer mattresses please. I was fine, but I'd imagine they can be categorised as hard as stone by some. The good Sindy has been an amazing owner:...

I stayed there for a couple of nights in room #1- ground floor, just behind the reception, double bed, wardrobe, bathroom with hot water, a vanity and a desk. If you have been in a rooms- to - let in Asia before, you can expect the typical type of small bathroom that involves the toilet seat among a shower, a mirror...

Situated in the old city is is within walking distance of everything in the old town. Not too far ( perhaps 40 m ) from a main road, as soon as you step onto that road there wil be tutus and other transport stopping to offer you rides. 5 min walk from a 7 11 and there is a great...

This place is ok. Our room was clean quite big and kind of comfy. Apparently the owner is great but well he was out of town and the staff from the neighboring guesthouse that took care of us was kind of useless but I'm guessing that's temporary. If not this place has everything you need and it's location is ok...

It's a low budget guesthouse. And for a few bahts you get a room with AC or ventilator, everything was clean and tidy and with 2 bottles of drinking water and some soap as a welcome gift. The people were friendly. The guesthouse is in a good location, you can reach a lot by foot. What else to ask for?...

The owner of this guesthouse is super friendly and welcoming. When I showed up, I had to wait 15 minutes for my room, but I was an hour before check-in anyway. Room is basic, but this is budget travel. The bed was good, there was a dresser, even a little desk. The fan worked great. The bathroom was a bit...

We were supposed to stay in a different hostel however they had screwed up our booking so placed us here. This was definitely not what we paid for. As soon as we walked into the room we wanted to leave. Fair enough we are backpackers and we are looking for budget accommodation but seriously you can find cleaner, nicer and...

When we arrived we had to wait to check in as the guy in the reception was out somewhere. When he came he left us confused and waiting while going about some other business at the guesthouse next door. When he finally attended to us he told us we'd stay in the basement the first night and then move to...

We booked this place after reading good reviews on trip advisor. When we arrived in the pouring rain, no one was there to greet us. This is because they actually sit in a guest house next door. When the guy eventually came through he showed us to what can only be described as a basement "room" more alike a prison...

I was drawn here by the reviews that made it seem like a lovely place to spend my last night in Thailand. The room I was offered was truly one of the worst rooms I've encountered in 45 countries. I understand that this is "budget" travel, but I have experienced infinitely better at the same price in both Chiang Mai...

“Ask to see the rooms first! Be aware that there is a lot of noise throughout the night with drunken guests coming home from a night out. I would suggest an upstairs room.”

“Room 2 on the 3rd (2nd) floor is spacious, gets plenty of light, has a good ceiling fan, and has 3 beds, but the bathroom has no sink.”

“I loved my quiet room on the top floor with a view of rooftops, banana trees and the Temple (Wat) Chiang Man. Simple decor, very clean small bathroom.I cannot speak for other rooms but I had a fantastic wi fi connection in this room, number 5 and it was free and fast too.”
