Initially wanted somewhere away from old city as too cramp and noisy at times where the hotel is located. But not so after happen to stay. . So we book for 3 days. Friendly lady boss who can speak fluent English and staff are really happy to serve you if needed to. The room is cosy and big. With TV...

We are currently staying here, it is our last night and I'll be sorry to go. On arrival the lady on check in thoroughly talked us through the city, places to eat, sights to see etc. Everyday our room is cleaned which is so refreshing. The service here is impeccable, they have been able to provide us with much needed...

Clean and comfortable in a great location in Old City. Host was very nice and gave us a briefing on the layout of the city. She also advised us on things to see and do while in Chiang Mai. Lots of temples nearby, within walking distance.

Overall the stay was good. Room was little, shower wasn't great. Air-conditioning was leaking. There is no fridge and no option to have breakfast. Bikes are old but free. Personell is nice. I was expecting something better but for 3 days was OK.

Stayed in this hotel from 12th to 15th February 2017. Arrived at 3pm to check-in. Front office staff named Tom (a lady for information) came out to greet me, asking whether you are Mr so & so and introduced the room that I wanted to be away from the main road due to the noise. Checking-in was a breeze. She...

A medium sized guesthouse, Le Canal is a great option for a stay in Chiang Mai that is a guesthouse but certainly not a big hotel chain. Room sizes were good and facilities adequate. Bed is comfortable, storage is ok (could be more options) and bathroom was decent. Although water pressure from the shower system was underdone. There are a...

The staff went out of her way to help us secure an ATV tour despite the short notice. And bargained for a discount for us. This place has no lift, so if you are on the 3rd floor and large luggage, it can be a slight problem.

Had 2 rooms here for 2 nights with my parents, and we all enjoyed our stay here. Location was excellent, right next to the north gate where there were both morning and night food markets (cowboy hat pork leg stew lady in the evenings), with good dining, shopping and massage options within a short walk away. Taxi from the airport...
