We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 1 month (My wife and I, + 3 young kids). For $150 / week we were quite happy with the room. It's a 7 minute walk to Kad Suan Kaew (large shopping complex), although at a few points the footpath gets a bit narrow (a concern with the kids). It's quite a nice lobby and the rooms aren't brand new, but they are quite acceptable and comfortable for a long stay. The girls working there I found very friendly. There is a 7/11 diagonally across the road and directly across the road is a buddhist temple. There is a very cheap laundro mat a few doors down (towards Kad Suan Kaew). If walking at night I would resist from walking in the opposite direction to Kad Suan Kaew, it looks a little rough. And if walking to or from Kad Suan Kaew at night, stick to the main road (plenty of traffic). We really liked the place and for the price we thought it was quite acceptable accomodation. Would definitely stay there again if wanting budget accomodation in... More

Checking-in past 6 or 7pm was confounding because the front desk closes by evening apparently. The flight landed at night, got to hotel at 9pm (this is a pre-booked reservation, fully paid for) and no one was there to let us into the building. We let them know our flight time and they said no problem. We ended up wandering around the complex in the dark with all of our luggage until we found another visitor staying there. She was able to speak a bit of Thai to a Security Guard who appeared and he found a key to let us in. What a hassle! This should have been mentioned to us before we came! The other guest even had to let us know how to use the key chain for electricity because Pacific didn't tell us.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned in ages and mouse droppings were around and I didn't want to touch a thing. If I was staying at a hostel for 200THB a night, fine, but this room was over 650THB. The rooms are nothing like the website shows - instead, just run...
