I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating as the staff are really helpful, but it was quite possibly the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Located near Chang Phuak Gate on the edge of the old city walls, it's location is good, being a short walk to temples, the Three Kings monument and Sunday Walking Street markets....

We got this hotel as part of a travel package with SpringTour (a travel agency in China), so we're not too sure how much it works out to per night. Also, because this hotel came as part of a Chinese tour package, the majority of guests at this hotel were Chinese tourists and therefore the hotel catered very well to...

This hotel is okay except for the following: Almost non-existent internet access in the room, loud noises in the morning when people slam their door and talking (thin wall), bad service at night time (day time with female workers are good), and breakfast is so so. The good part about this hotel is the location. It is convenient to the...

The Buaraya served us well on our flying visits to Chang Mai in between our travels on North Thailand. I can't say much for the breakfast but... The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were super nice. They kept hold of our luggage whilst we went on a bike tour for a few days and...

My room had no hot water, it was fairly noisy (more the fault of other guests than the hotel itself) and the internet was spotty at best but my room was clean and secure so it was fine for the one night I stayed.

Just a reminder that this hotel is way, way out of the real centre of Chiang Mai (ie. The Night Bazaar -it is nowhere near there) You will have to walk very far to find any decent shops. Most of the shopping is at the Central department stores. Same with the night life -long way from here . On the...

Really nice and comfortable hotel. Very big rooms and very clean. The breakfast amazing buffet. Just across the river of the old city. Walking distance to the night market and night life. Quiet and pacefull. Nice place to stay.

The hotel is nice looking, clean, and appears to be a good choice. If you are a low maintenance traveler, this will work fine. However, when we were there, the internet was down for the three days we stayed (and we were specific about booking hotels with internet). Luckily, there was an internet cafe across the street, so we still...

Clean & comfortable room during our 3 night stay at Chiang Mai. Staff was very helpful and willingly to shown us the place to visit when we at Chiang Mai. Street hawker stall & mini supermarket was situated just beside the hotel. Location of this hotel was definitely a plus to stay.
