Stayed here in january 2017. Good bed and clean. Great location and friendly owner! The rooms have great natural light. Its hidden away in a small street but everything is nearby: washing, food, sights, travel agencies,...

Great location -city centre but very quiet on the other hand. Rooms are new and clean, staff is very nice and helpful. Owner speaks English. Worth to speak to the owner if you plan stay a few nights, you may get a nice discount:)

In front they have the biggest sound club playing hard all night. Its a big restaurant on the side open to late. And on the other side a road where bikes like to give full speed. All night. Its impossible to get sleep here. The windows are not made by glass, like normal windows, but by plastic plates. So all...

I spent almost 2 weeks in this guesthouse, part in december 2016 and part in januari 2017. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They were always in a good mood and ready for a chat. The rooms are not spacious but they are new and clean. The bed is good and the shower is hot. You can use the...

Despite it being too noisy this guesthouse gets a very good rating based on the value for money and the excellent staff we encountered. For ten pound a night with brand new beds, one can't complain really. Only, we spent two nights there and Chiang Mai was experiencing a very cold spell and the shower is barely luke warm. Most...

I was pleased that the owner of the Guest House showed me the beginning and plans of what apparently now is a fantastic refurbishment with all new facilities...

If you decide to stay in Chiang Mai for a long time, Thailand Guest house is a very good choice. The location is great, walking distance to Sunday night market, Tha Phae Gate, Night Bazaar, restaurants, night life, everything. The street is fairly quiet and once a week there is very good live music from the restaurant next to the...

This is an absolutely budget hotel with no amenities at all. The location is the only advantage. Very close to night market, Sunday market or bars and pubs. There is no room service and nothing in the room. No kettle/water etc. Although the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the bed is very hard. very very very poor wifi. Not a...
