Hotel has changed name for Dusi Princess. It is quite well located if you like night markets. The rooms facing the night bazaar can be quite noisy at night so try to get the other side. Rooms size are ok. Bed mattress is quite hard but ok when you expend the whole day traveling in Chiang Mai! Breakfast is ok...

Spent 5 nights here and while the hotel is not luxurious, it is very comfortable and very well located near the night bazaar and nightlife area. The entrance lobby has been renovated and is nice and welcoming. I was very pleased with the service of all the staff here, from check-in staff through to the security guards, concierge, poolside bar...

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and consider it to be of a high standard and reasonably priced. As of 1 July it has been renamed Dusit Princess, not to be confused with the D2 Dusit Hotel, owned by the same group, located around the corner. My driver inadvertently dropped my luggage and I off...

having just being renovated, some small finishing touches were being finalised in the new lobby area.. looks a lot nicer then before. check in was smooth for a group of 11 people, but unfortunately the rooms have not be renovated, although they say they have. i would also say asking weather someone would like a smoking or non-smoking room is...

The main benefit of this hotel is the superb location, which is in the middle of everything. The old town is only 10 minutes walk, the daily night market is on the doorstep and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The real downside of this hotel is the awful musty smell in the rooms and corridors. This can...

Best thing about this hotel is the location. Night market is right on your doorstep!with food markets too! Plenty of taxis and tuk tuks available at the door! Rooms are really clean and spacious, bathroom was a little old but still clean. We didn't eat in the hotel but did have breakfast. As a European there is not much on...

This hotel made for a great stay. All lobby staff treated you like royalty. Very kind people. The room we had was nice - comfy bed, good air con - no complaints. Went to the pool once night which was also very nice. There is a rooftop patio under construction that should be very cool once finished. We took the...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in May 2015 and had an absolutely amazing time. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and caring. We took advantage of our Agoda rewards points to book a room at Royal Princess, Chiang Mai. This hotel is very well situated, right at the night market, surrounded by local and international restaurants. McDonald's and Subway are right across the street. Haagen Daz and Starbucks at the left when you exit. Convenience outlets are also nearby. The room we...
