The rooms are hotel like and pretty big. The common area has a bar and a restaurant. The rooms come with a to pay mini bar and free coffee, tea and water. The only complaint is that out of the 3 nights there, their wifi was down for 2.5 of them and didn't get fixed at all, with no explanation.

We stayed 3 nights at Kamala's Guesthouse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There's also another Kamala's Boutique guesthouse in Chiang Mai so make sure you clarify where you're staying when taking a cab or setting up tours! The room: Very large with great air conditioning. They clean it every day and bring fresh towels which is nice. The beds are...

They just opened a new restaurant and the food is very good well prepared and the staff is very friendly at the guest house and restaurant. It's a sort of Thai American European Fusion. Soups, salads, fish, Thai food, spaghetti.

Kamala's Ghesthouse is a really good place to stay, good location. The rooms are really comfortable and clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean. All staff are really friendly and helpful. They all gave me a very warm welcome. The price is really reasonable.

We stayed her as a family of 4. Big room with loads of space. Convenient location near the old town. Internet was ok but each device required a different sign in which was annoying. The included breakfast was a small coffee and couple of slices of toast. Clearly a way of getting you to buy more. For the price though...

Nice little hotel just off the main drag. Lots of good eating spots handy. Staff very good and friendly. Room a little bit dated and small but for the price it is well worth it. Very quiet at night for sleeping.

Great staff (as noted above), comfortable beds, nice location, all at a fair price. Nok, the owner, is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She loves her guests. I had many questions for Alfano, and he gave me the best advice/help of anyone I've asked in 10 years of travel. Always happy and genuinely friendly. It's a nice place to stay....

This was exactly what I was looking for... quiet, comfy, solid air conditioning in the rooms + fans, perfect location right next to the Old City. Staff was very kind and helpful. WiFi was also strong and reliable.

When we arrived in Pai we met two guys from Ozy. they took us to this cool hostel that was quite in the centre of Chang Mai. We slept here two times! Before and after our beloved trip to Pai. Kamala's guesthouse is not backpacking cheap but we needed some luxury. The People at Kamala are super nice and can...

I quite liked this guesthouse. Very cheap we paid 500 baht for a 3 bed room. Air conditioning and a fan in room which cooled the room down very fast. Big bathroom with nice shower. Beds were a bit on the hard side but we all slept well. 10 min walk from centre. Wifi in rooms but they have a...
