This is a nice, affordable place to stay while in Chiang Mai. The property is pretty, though the rooms feel a little basic (we booked a standard double room). This hotel is located outside of the city center, which we appreciated because we were in Chiang Mai during Loi Krathong/Yi Peng and this location meant having more peace and quiet...

This is a nice place to stay in Chiang Mai. It's very close to the main city areas, all the staff is very friendly and it looks like you are staying in a family house. I think the bedroom could be better (it was a bit old) but it was clean and confortable. They offered us the breakfast in the...

Unclean: room was ready but very dirty when we arrived. Dead cockroaches on the floor. Mouse poop next to trash can. Snail climbing the shower. Unsafe: not saying they did it on purpose or that they stole it, but the maid threw away a bag of souvenirs in the trash.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one after our stay here. My friends and I stayed 3 nights and our experience was different from all the positive reviews written in the past few months. Please read the reviews from 2015 (as those seem more accurate now that I've stayed there). I will preface this by first...

We really liked this place. Clean rooms, friendly staff and one of the best breakfasts. Near the center but still not rushed street. There was air conditioner and bottled water. Wi fi is good, which is quite a prom in Thailand. Good choice!

Our stay was excellent. Nice complimentary breakfast. All you need to start the day. Clean room. Walking distance to old city. We checked out at 5:00am for an early flight and they had made us to go breakfast and were up to see us off! Very thoughtful staff!

Stayed in the family room. Very peaceful and comfortable location. Staff were very helpful. Rocky was always on hand to assist with arranging tours and advising on travel. Credit must also be given to Roshan who took extra special care of us. I had the flu and she arranged homemade remedies for me. She also ensured that we had a...

A friend who lives in the general neighborhood of this guest house booked this for myself and her mom, who I was traveling with. We found the folks all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way for us to check in early and providing breakfast when we had to leave for the day earlier than the general breakfast...

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our few days in Chang Mai and we extended our stay from one night to four nights at the Boutique House. The staff were very friendly and were sweet enough to prepare breakfast when one of our tours left early and on the day we left as we had to leave early for a...

I booked a double standard room for two people. The bed is actually pretty big like a Queen and room has many amenities eg kettle, mugs, tea, hair dryer and many many more, but somehow on Booking.com the owner didn't mention all above which is a great shame. Also Nipha's owner didn't put good photos that actually do justice of...
