Basic hotel, agree with previous comments, but at least it's clean and some 15 minutes walking distance from night bazaar... staff is friendly, pool useless, dogs still around, nothing much changed! If you're not too demanding it might be a good choice. But, I arrived from a 9 days trip to Myanmar and this hotel looks like a Sheraton after...

Very similar to the review previous, was booked in here when in bangkok by a tourist guide, and didn't have chance to review it. The rooms were very basic with nowhere to put your stuff, there were indeed ants all over the floor, and depending on what room you were on the wifi didn't work….ours didn't. Some of the staff...

The other reviews are accurate - the floor in the rooms are concrete, there is no where to unpack your clothes, and there are ants and mosquitos. It's about a brisk 20 min walk to chiang mai city. We were booked in there by the tourist information centre in bangkok, and without Internet at the time, we were unable to...

Pros: - clean room and restocked everyday (bottled water, clean towel, toilet paper, soap) - nice lobby with free wifi - did sort out some of our activities which we already knew the price of (stuff with a set price like our cooking class) Cons: - the worst breakfast I've ever had, my boiled eggs were rotten when I cracked...

Positives: - they make the bed and give you a new towel everyday. -They clean the bathroom and wipe up all the water that is on the floor every day -Staff is generally accommodating Negatives: - The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the night market and even further from the old city. It is really out of...

This hotel is clearly completely unrealistic regarding itself The name is so pretentious compare to the place. Rooms are cleans but looks like jail cells. we booked it by a travel agency and they know then that you can't change and they don't care. We lost the last night beacuse we didn't want to stay there and they didn't refund...

I stayed here for 3 nights in 2 different rooms. Both had no carpets and poorly plumbed bathrooms which meant any waste from the sink was slew across the bathroom floor! One had wifi coverage in the room, the other didn't. But both had massive amounts of ants etc in the rooms. Possibly because they leave the windows to the...

I stayed here with my sister for 2 nights, it came as a package deal with a 1-day-trek and transportation from Bangkok. The lady who seemed to be the manager was an absolute nightmare, it was extremely unpleasant to deal with her as every question or request was a nuisance to her. Wifi is only available in the common area...

We were placed in this hotel as a package deal with excursions. The hotel is slightly off the beaten track and takes 15 mins to walk to the night bazaar and shops etc. The room was large but had a concrete floor; although this did not look very pleasant, it wasn't a massive issue. The bed was huge but there...

I came here on a backpacking trip with my boyfriend and iv never been so disgusted with a hotel. We were expecting basic hotels or hostels but this really takes the biscuit. From the outside it looks like a derelict building and rabid dogs and cows are running about all over the place. You are then greeted by the worst...
