We especially recommend you to go to this place because of the owner from the top garden boutique victor. The rooms are clean, they also offer you trips to different places for a better price. Thank you for those beautiful days in chiang mai!

Top Garden is a great guesthouse if you're wanting to explore the sights of Chiang Mai. Victor, Thunya and the team are so efficient in what they do, from the easy email correspondence when booking, to the moment you meet them, with their welcoming smiles, you feel comfortable and at home from the get go. The guesthouse rooms are well...

I was there for three nights at the end of January, and had the suite at the top of the stairs. The bedroom was lovely, with windows on two of the walls, a comfy bed, two chairs and a small table, and a television. The a/c worked great. The smaller room had a desk, a wardrobe, and a small refrigerator...

I wanted to thank Victor for being such a great host, he took time to give us some great recommendations and went out of his way to assist. The guest house is top notch and all the staff were very helpful. Should we find ourselves back in Chiang Mai, we'll be staying here.

We arrived at Top Garden after our bus journey from Chiang Rai. We received a very warm welcome in a beautiful entrance/courtyard, checked in quickly and showed to our room. We'd booked the suite and it was huge. Everything you would need from a room, good sized bathroom, large wardrobe space, fridge, T.V., aircon and a queen size bed. There's...

We stayed there for 3 nights, the room is very nice, the stuff is very friendly, but the water in bathroom is quite small and not warm enough (during the coldest winter ever in Chiangmai) Everything is fine but when it comes to bed time, it feels like sleeping on the street, the car and motorbike noise from the road...

Secure and well located just outside the old city (near the north east corner), makes for an easy walk to many places. Host Victor, a French Canadian ex-pat, gives good advice in English and can book tours and arrange transportation. We had a suite, with a well sized refrigerator and separate sitting room. We met two other traveling couples in...

Top Garden is a beautiful, clean, friendly guesthouse where you will be looked after with generosity and kindness. I was unwell while I was there and Victor was kind enough to come and check up on me and to send out for rice soupl. Both he and his wife Tunya seemed genuinely pleased at my recovery. Victor listen carefully to...

Top place to stay in Chiang Mai and extremely good value at THB600 for a room. As it was winter, the aircon wasn't necessary, however the hot shower was a real plus! This place is very well maintained and Victor and Tunya's love it, is evident in every detail and they make all their guests feel at home. Great communal...
