We stayed here out of season and it was exactly what we were looking for. Yes, it is 20 minutes from the city with not much else around it but we were looking for peace and tranquillity which we most definitely got. We had a scooter so getting in and out of town was easy. The grounds are well maintained...

The villa and grounds are nice enough, v.small pool, adequate breakfast, bad most time no internet, strong sewer stench from toilet at night, no room service or airport transfer as advertised - make sure you print out a map as location is in the middle of nowhere, even locals had trouble finding it! There is nothing nearby, no restaurants etc....

The breakfast was nice, no dinner available but the staff more the happy to organise dinner for you from local restaurant. The village is...

This hotel was great and out of the way. The staff was very helpful and nice. The customer service was impeccable. Mr. Chai was the taxi driver we used with the hotel he came to get us no matter what time we were. The only small problem was the hotel did not offer dinner and there was nowhere to eat...

Friendly service from the time that we arrived. When we got there, we asked for food and they ordered lunch for us and had it brought in from a nearby restaurant. This hotel is great value for money and includes a cooked breakfast (approx 80 USD per night- very cheap) The villas are spacious and very clean with extra touches such as mini fridge, kettle bath robes and toiletries. We enjoyed sitting on our patio in the evenings and heard what sounded like monks chanting on most nights which was very...

First you should understand that the property is located in a remote location with no other restaurants or shops within walking distance. If you do not have your own car, the only option is calling a taxi and spending around 300 baht for a round trip into town. The hotel only offers breakfast, so meals will be difficult unless you...

We've travelled with our 3 children (11,14 and 15) and stayed for 5 nights in this wonderful quiet and very friendly resort. The staff was really amazing, they gave us a warm welcome every time we came back from a trip, we experienced a real 'home feeling'in this resort. They've guided us a way through Chiang Mai and even helped...

What a great little hotel. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the owner, Brian. They did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The grounds are beautiful and the villas spacious and really nicely equipped (awesome bathrooms!). It definitely isn't in the thick of things of Chiang Mai, but if you're looking for a quiet place to...
