We stayed at the De Lanna for 4 nights, and it was such a delight. Our room was lovely with a great bathroom and large walk in shower, everything was very clean and the towels smelt amazing! We had a little balcony area overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool. It is in a fantastic area too in the old town,...

Rooms were lovely and modern but still with some authentic Thai character. Hotel is in a great location for the walking markets and lovely and quiet but about a 10 minute walk from the restaurant and bar districts. Great cocktails and okay food (I'd go to one of the other places in the restaurant district). The real stand out at...

I really wasn't expecting much and based on their website, it seemed like a small, mediocre hotel. So I was surprised to see how nice it was. Its obviously not a 5 star but the service was quick and everyone was very accommodating. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. The pool was small but people are mostly there to...

Had 4 nights here in December and it was a good base to explore CM. Easily walk everywhere to many temples. Breakfast buffet of Thai and English food - plenty of choice. Front desk helpful and the bar open until late in the evening so having a cocktail in the garden listening to music good. Room was nice with private...

We spent 4 nights in this lovely place for our honeymoon and felt really well, everything from the room to the services and the very nice staff was great. The location allow you to go everywhere you wish, visit temples nearby and take a tuk tuk to discover restaurants and night life. We will definitely come back, thanks to all...

Located near at the middle of old city. The property is small and intimate. Rooms were comfortable, decently sized and clean. American and Asian dishes for breakfast buffet. The restaurant had average food for dinner. The staff was very helpful! We think this hotel is comfortable, but there are a few basic things that we think could be improved.

Situated in the heart if the old town this is a modern hotel that is generally of very good quality. Good points: Very helpful and friendly staff, and knowledgeable tour operator Mimi. Lovely garden in the middle of the hotel with Koi carp ponds and a swimming pool. Presentable room, comfortable bed, and good quality air con. Each room (...

Dear lovely guests, Thank you for your comments. In our old building, some of the bathrooms are needed to be refurbish and yet we commit to do it in our next low season. For our breakfast choices, there are enough of variety of choices, but we will definitely improve the food quality. In order to put more food selections, we...

Very nice place, very clean, nice rooms, professional, lovely people, good quality vans with air con and friendly drivers. All round perfect and what you'd expect for a 4 star place: Comfy, clean and all you want but not glitzy. Top location a short walk to anywhere you want. Just careful if you get a tuk tuk that they know...

The photos of this hotel are far better than the reality. The hotel is standard with a very basic breakfast choice. The biggest plus is it is in a very good location. The air conditioning was set and you couldn't turn it down - must be very hot in the hotter months. Front desk were friendly and able to organise...

Dear lovely guest, Thank you for your comments. The air-condition might be in a "fan" or "dry" mode and that make you could not change to a lower temperature. When you had this kind of problem, you can try to change the air-condition mode to "cool" or "auto", then the temperature will gradually reduce to the temperature level you set....

Stayed again in De Lanna, hotel is ok, room and bathroom a bit cramped. Nice garden and breakfast on the lawn under trees, but selection is limited and only ok in quality and selection. Good location near Wat Prah Singh. There are higher quality hotels in Chiang Mai for the price.
