Nice clean hotel. Cheap breakfast. Decent bedding and good service. The bathroom was sufficient and the room size was comfortable. Our room had a little patio and the pool was inviting. There was an inside terrace under the trees.

Hotel's Favourite
I have stayed in several hotels in Chiang Mai and this is by far my favourite. Aside from the great location which is in the heart of the old city, near the Sunday night market, the setting is gorgeous and tropical, very relaxed, with a cosy and intimate vibe. The rooms are huge

We stayed here with friends for five nights and found the rooms, service and outdoor areas to be fine. The included breakfast was good and had options for different choices. The best thing was the location in the old city, allowing us to walk to many temples in the area and

We stayed from Dec 4-8 in two rooms and I believed we were being upgraded to the new hotel building as told by the Reception lady. The arrival experience was not as good as we were checked in to room 109/111 but we found it quite noisy and lack of privacy coz 109 located right

Dear lovely guests, The room you stayed in new building 402 and 403 are our Deluxe room type as same as the one you moved from 109 and 110. Some people like to stay on that ground floor with the coy fish ponds, but some don't. At that time when you first wanted to move room, you did not mention about the noise. You just want to get the room next to each other. Then we moved you from 109 to 110. Then when the other room had problem with air-condition, we decided to move all of you to another building to clear the problem. The room 402 and 403 were supposed to have another group of customers occupy, but they did not check-in yet at that time. We decided to swift your group and other in the final case, but in first case, we didn't want to disturb other rooms that have been booked by other guests. That's why you did not get moved to 402 and 403 at the first moving case. Thank you for your valuable comments and we are improving our services and facilities to meet our guests' expectation all the time. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Stayed here for 2 nights in November 2018 in a King room. The hotel seems relatively well-maintained and front desk staff were very friendly. No durian allowed here like many other hotels in the area. I agree with many other reviews that mention the amount of noise. We were

Thank you for your valuable comments. Our Superior room type has a bit tiny bathroom space since we need more a bit space for in-room and outdoor terrace of each room. Please try our deluxe room next time for bigger room and a bigger bathroom space. Thank you again for your valuable comments. Sincerely yours,

Do all the rooms in this hotel have balconies?
All rooms have a balcony, but in a few rooms have no private balcony since the balcony is on the corridor (walk way). However, most of our rooms have a private balcony in each room.

May I know how much if we take taxi to airport?
If you arrange Hotel pick up, usually its around 250 baht. Airport have a 40 baht mini bus service but you have to wait until there are 10 person to take the same service, if not, you can pay 300 baht for a mini bus to yourself. My experience, is to buy a local sim card and use Grabtaxi service. Its by the meter + 30 baht service charge. This is by far the cheapest.
