If you don't want to stay in Old Town, this is a good option. We had a room on the back side. Quiet, no traffic. No heat from the sun. Large room. Good bathroom. AC. The staff is overall nice and helpful. Computer in the lobby. You can get papers printed. Breakfast good. Close to the street along the river....

This is my second stay here. I was thinking it might be difference after 2 years but luckily nothing changed. Still a quiet hotel with the same breakfast, lol. Not many people around so that you could feel relax at the big pool after a crazy crowded Saturday Night market eating and shopping. If you feel full after dinner in...

Large room with firm but comfortable bed. Big bathroom and shower area. Very good made to order breakfast included in room price. Staff very helpful. Restaurants and pharmacy only a few blocks away. 3 blocks to pedestrian bridge that takes you right into old town. Pool nice but not heated. A bit too cool for us in Jan. Overall very...

Stayed 3 nights in room 501 which is a huge room with balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, each has its own bathroom. Also kitchen and living room included. A lot of space for 4 people. Beds are really good (not too soft, not too hard). Very clean, traditional design, cosy room! Breakfast is Western and Thai style, you can chose...

First time here, we have had a great time with family and friends, very quiet, just back from the main road, rooms very clean and large. Staff friendly and we would have no hesitation in coming back Breakfast is not a buffet which we found better as we had a good choice of four selections covering all you could want,...

We had a pleasant stay here. Our room was huge and very clean. The breakfast options are brilliant, you really do get great value for money! I would recommend staying here if you aren't bothered by a lack of staff interaction, decent shower facility or an absolutely freezing cold pool. We will always expect a swimming pool to be cold...

PROs: Big rooms Friendly service from all staff Easy to find Reasonably priced Decent TV channels CONs: About 20 mins walk from the square Breakfast isn't going to win an award The bathroom layout is bizarre, two toilets next to each other and separated only by a see through frosty window. You can obviously hear everything from the bathroom next...

The Sakorn Residence Hotel is just right for people traveling on a budget, but who want nice accommodations, good service, a decent free breakfast and a quiet neighborhood that is very pretty and well-maintained. It's just a short distance to good restaurants and street markets that sell everything. We were perfectly positioned to take all of the tours that we...

We stayed at Sakora for five nights over New Year. Great location, close enough you can walk into town, but out of the hustle and bustle. We had a two bedroom corner suite. Very nice suite. Large living area, large master bedroom. We were on the side of the hotel facing east, away from the old City, which I think...

The location of this hotel is on a quiet, peaceful and very green street, which makes it pleasant It is quite a distance from old city, about 25 minutes walk. Nearby there are couple of busy discos and restaurants at night, i.e. 3 minutes walk And next door is a good coffee shop and Indian restaurant and bakery The first room...
