We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from old Town, 5 minute walk from the night bazaar and the night market, and a street corner away from a line-up of bars and night life. Big room (301)with a big corner balcony. The room had a big fridge, a microwave, a water boiler...

I stayed here at the Sabai House (16 Kumpangdin Rd), and I would definitely stay here again. The location was ideal for my purposes. The room was really big too, with a small patio, and the air conditioning was AWESOME! My room (#203) was very quiet. The wifi was great, they have 3 wifi networks, so whenever one of them...

We had stayed here about a year ago and we remembered really liking it so when we planned to return to Chiang Mai we booked it again and requested the same room we had last time. We were a little nervous about whether we would like it as much as we remembered, but no worries, we definitely did. As we...

We have spent 5 days in the room on the top floor. The room had had everything we needed: a wardrobe, TV, fridge, coffee tray with fresh instant coffee and water every day, a table with a mirror, a fan, air-conditining , fast wifi and the nicest thing- big balcony with an extra sink. The only minus for some people...

Considering the price point (~USD 14) of Sabai House, the 2 star hotel is an excellent hotel with big rooms, king size beds, good wifi, fridge, tv, kettle and even a safe and mircowave. Safe hotel too with tap cards for ground floor when the main doors are secured after about 8pm. Good location too, about 7mins walk to the...

Accurately described by the site. Great air con, wifi and decent shower. Bed was quite hard but after long days out we had no problem sleeping. Very big fridge and balcony area which was great. Staff didnt speak a lot of English but with a bit of signing we managed, they allowed us late check out free of charge, rooms...

The location was great, outside of the core for a good price, we did lots of walking in Chiang Mai. There's a lady a few buildings down that serves breakfast on the side of the street, fried rice and eggs for 50 BAHT and she sells mangoes (we bought two for 20 BAHT and she peeled them for us). The...

We were looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay for one night in Chiang Mai. We are a family of two adults and three teenage girls. We were very happy with our experience here. Clean, large rooms, excellent air conditioning, very well located. Walking distance to old town. Friendly staff, spoke very little English. No breakfast in the hotel,...

We found the Sabai house to be an excellent place to stay. We stayed at a total of four different hotels in Chiang Mai and this was the cheapest but by far the best place we stayed. Our room was spacious and bright and had lots of windows. It was clean and the wi-fi worked great. It also had plenty...
