Been to this place at least 10 times now. The food is good, the rooms are cheap, the shower is mostly attached to the wall, and the wifi is prevelant. Just a brisk walk away from Zoes (or Spicy if you're in to that). 10/10 would reccomend to a friend. Cheap and close to everything.

We are a large group of students and this place was idea for us . It's basic and cheap with a fan in the room along with an en suite shower & Toilet . The food in the restaurant downstairs was excellent I ate the best Gang Dang (red curry ) ever in it . They have a travel counter...

After staying in Chiang Mai for a few weeks, we wanted to try something different from our favourite restaurants. Against my better judgment we entered this place for dinner, lured in by what looked a cheerful place with (tacky) fairy lights, and big menu. We ordered vegetarian khao soi, which was disgusting, dishwashing water with some noodles and curry powder,...

I was in this guest House for a few days in February before leaving for my islands tour. The environment is worth for the price paid, in fact the rooms are very small and do not have air conditioning, but it has the advantage of being located next to Gate Thape, so a very good location, also there is a...

I stopped here briefly for a nibble and coffe and couldn't wait to get out. The service was unfriendly, dishes not cleaned properly, coffee overpriced and toilets dirty. Never again. There are so many excellent places stone's throw away that this place should go out of business if quality and cleanliness was the measure.

This is one of the places I totally regret going too. Please do not visit or eat at this place. The staff here is totally rude and snappy, the restaurant is almost sold out of the popular thai food. I do not happen to be a picky eater but this place irks me out really badly. Prices are ridiculous for...

We were lucky enough to find this place right away and while it was not the cleanest it was the cheapest. At 240 baht/night for a double room with fan and private bathroom it was the cheapest accommodation we found in Thailand. The room was not super clean but it was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very nice and...

Had a nice Thai dinner here very cheap. Service is typical Thai...slow and basically non existent but the food was great. Basic surroundings of wooden trestle style tables but worth going for a meal. Close to ThaPae Gate and very crowded area on Sunday at night with markets
