Pha Thai was a little gem after the bustle of Bangkok. The customer service is excellent. We arrived late in the evening and the manager was waiting up for us and showed us to our room and explained everything even at a late hour. The restaurant on the premise serves an excellent breakfast, the rooms on the second floor are... More

Nice, clean rooms. People working in front desk speaks very good english and french. They also recomended a very nice one-day tour for us with a local man that shows the countryside, Banthi-tour. In this jungle of tours we would never have found this, and we are so pleased with our day. Moved here from another hotel were we spent... More

Stayed here over the Christmas Holidays 2015. First impression wasn't great, but it grew on me. Our first room was an AC room -- kinda small, AC was fairly loud and not terribly efficient, but the room was very clean. The second room was an even smaller fan room -- actually preferred it as fan was quieter and more efficient... More

The Pha Thai house is located in the heart of the Old City of Chiang Mai and is walking distance to all of the great local attractions. The guest rooms are tucked in the back of the property which provides for very a quite stay away from all of the street noise. The staff is incredible - inviting, humble and... More

This hotel is located in one of the quieter streets, closed to a night bazaar and weekend markets. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an a/c room on a 2nd floor with a balcony, good wifi connection, comfy bed and room and bathroom was spotless clean with a simple decor. Pool is a bonus during hot days and also... More
