The location is really good, just next to the outer wall of the old city and close to a market where you can eat cheap. The room was ok, WC too, but the internet wasn't working all the time. Breackfast was too expensive taking in to account the options you have around the place. Good enought if you're travelling on...

For this price it's often with shared bathroom. Here, you have your private bathroom, towels, sheets, toilettes paper, it's clean. Furnitures are a bit old but it's okay. We slept very good. Location is great. Staff is nice and friendly, good atmosphere the evening. Wifi not good. Breakfast correct. I recommend this place (if you're not looling for a luxury...

We stayed in Chiang Mai In for a few days. They advertise free wifi, but it almost never worked for us. Sometimes we could load a webpage or two in the morning, but honestly the wifi was very bad, which kind of ruined the place for us. Also, they charge for coffee in the morning. You can find many places...

Quite a nice hostel, the rooms are spacious and beds fairly comfy and at a good price (250bhat a night for a twin room). It's in a really good location - 15 mins from the centre of the old town, and about 20 mins from the night bazaar/markets. The staff are friendly and we booked a good 3 day tour...

Room was very poor, pillows were like stones and blanket was smelly. No safety lockers, bathroom ... seen better, at least there was hot water. Location is very good though. But staff doesn't care much about u, specially the guy who rents bikes, I was almost late for my bus because of him.

Stayed at this guesthouse twice, the first time for 5 nights and then two days later just for a night after visiting Pai. Firstly it's super cheap, we paid £26 for 5 nights and then £6 for the single night (250 baht). The rooms are basic, and mostly clean. Not so unclean though that it made me feel uncomfortable just...

After we found out our first hostel was shut down, we were re-directed to the Chiang Mai Inn Guesthouse by our tuk-tuk driver. While the price was very cheap (1050 baht for three people for three nights = 115 baht per night per person), the condition was so poor that we didn't even want to stay for a night. We...

Stayed in Chiang mai inn for 5 nights. Toilet didn't flush so had to keep filling by hand, rats all around reception, room dirty, wifi might as well not even be offered. Room was cheap though, with air con too, that was pretty awful. Tour company in reception made booking stuff easy, they offer brand new bikes though at a...

Paid 250bht per night for a double room and stayed 4 nights. Bedroom was large and clean but bathroom was small and dirty with a very weak shower. Free Wifi was good if you stayed in the communal areas but could not connect in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for walking into the old town and...
