Very clean. Price very low. Room very confortable. Staff not so bad but with no English. So close to the road with all night pubs and clubs. Really a good trade off ;). No triple rooms. No elevator. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcxcxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Baan Ramida is in a great location, within walking distance of temples, cafes and restaurants. Rooms very clean and beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Owners and staff very hospitable. Nice attractive courtyard for sitting, reading, having coffee.

We moved to this guest house after having a bad experience in a nearby accommodation. The room was very nice and everything in it worked perfectly. There was a TV with lots of western channels to catch up on world the news. The location of the Baan Ramida was perfect for us, in the old town, near the market with...

Stayed 10 days in Jan / Feb... room was clean, staff was a little weak on English, but very nice. No restaurant, but best coffee in town. Cute little courtyard to hangout and have you coffee. Wifi was good...for the price you can't do better.

I'll start with the good: The room was clean and spacious and the coffee was great! Like others gave mentioned, there's no character whats so ever. Service is virtually non-existent. If all you're looking for is a functional space, then look no further. Single room for 500 baht.

We found this little gem after checking around at other guest houses in the area. Our room was spotless, spacious shower and bathroom area, and even included mini fridge! For 500 baht per night, we got air con, tv, free wifi, hot water, desk, and a coat rack and drying rack to hang our stuff. This is an excellent value...

We stayed at Baan Ramida for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The room was beautiful, clean and simple with marble floors, solid wood beds, lots of natural light and a huge bathroom. It is located at the top corner of the old city and very close to everything, including the night market. We wish Baan Ramida continued success...

Stayed at Baan Ramida for a grand total of two nights. Shortly after checking in the decision was made to look for different accommodation for the following day, the price tag being the only reason. Change of mind wasn't far off, due to the beautiful room which was presented to us. 600 THB got us a spacious, well-equipped, air conditioned...

Stayed some 3 weeks, at the end of the wet season, the rooms have good beds, polished marble floors, windows, & bottled water is supplied. The bathroom is lovely, theres a coffee shop at the entrance, a small garden. It was quiet in September & October, like much of Chiang Mai. I liked it very much. Hopefully the guys who...

Clean, comfortable, reliable wifi that works in the room, airco, and good location. Basic rooms but good value and good shower. Friendly staff that stored our bags for two days when we went on a small trip.
