Booked this place because of its location which don't get me wrong is good. But there are so many down sides. The room was right next to the busy main road with windows that don't close properly with mesh mosquito nets over them which are very holey and taped together with sellotape so it's very very noisey all night, along... Came in for a quick breakfast- all we wanted was toast, fruit and coffee. -Coffee's came out 10-15mins apart (and on top of that we're cold and not drinkable) - Toast wasn't even toasted - I ordered a fruit platter. The toast came out and I waited about 10-15mins for my meal to come out. It didn't. She hadn't even... More

I haven't stayed here but ate breakfast here one time. The food was reasonably good, toasted toast, a good cup of tea, bacon and eggs were tasty. I ordered orange juice which tasted fresh. I ordered another tea but they made the mistake of thinking that I wanted another orange juice as well. The staff apologised most profusely and took... More

We decided for this one based on their comfortable, warm lobby - to which the rooms were, sadly, the complete opposite. There were just so many thing wrong there! - Ants, ants everywhere: in the room, in the bathroom, on the hall - Bed was as hard as a rock - Mosquito nets on the windows were full of holes... More

Can't comment on accommodation, but eating area downstairs is fantastic. Food was superb and very cheap. Staff were lovely, too. Downstairs area is well located, with fantastic airflow and fans keeping the pkace cool. Great pool table too.

I've been here for a week, and I'm planning to stay more. So far, it's the best guest house I've been to. High value for the money! The people are really helpful and will do their best to make your stay confortable! They will help you find the best deals to visit Chiang Mai. For the cuisine, I recommend the... More

Reception not helpful and not nice at all. Very dirty, window can't be closed so you can hear all the noise from the main street. They charge extra 200b for a blancket. Travel agency- charged a lot of money and eventually we didn't get what we paid for. When we called them to fix this and get our money back... More

I can only comment on the restaurant, but it was totally repulsive. I got standard eggs and toast, the eggs were so undercooked they were still cold. Toast was the smallest I have ever seen and soggy. You might think, well at least it was cheap. WRONG. It was 100bath for that. I felt gross the rest of the day.... More

Pros: -Good location in the old city. Cons: -Lied about rooms availability. -Lies about prices and what's included. -Dirty. -The travel agency basically stole our money by selling us expensive tickets that were already sold out. My friend and I spent there only one night in January 2016. Online we saw there's a 6 beds mixed dorm room that's available... More

This was a horrendous place. It has a great, sociable bar downstairs, but the hostel is dirty, noisy as it is right by the street, and the showers were disgusting. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Very cheap, but you pay for what you get.
