This hotel located right under the airplane track so you can hardly sleep before midnight. The interior and furniture are due for upgrading. Hotel location is easy accessible, just several minutes walk to Maya Shopping Mall, pubs and eateries. One must mention is their breakfast, simply delicious with variety choices.

I stayed one night in this boutique hotel last year and feel happy with elegant Chiang Mai cuisine breakfast. This year, 7 Feb, chill morning in Nimman lane, full of tourists, good breakfast, Khoa Soi (noodle with curry, northern cuisine), Sai Auar (northern cuisine sausage), Nam Prik Oang (northern cuisine, tomato chilly paste with pork) the small steamed sticky rice in...

breakfast is varieties, location is good at the end road . Small and limited parking front service is not so welcome , we have been there so many times but seem that they are too busy and may be too tired to serve .

The spacious room near Nimman road ,good location . One of the best breakfast ever in Chiangmai. Only the sound of the plane in the night may annoy your sleep and some lighting in the room might been fixed to work. We will prefer this place for tourists that need the place near city and restaurants.

Stayed in at pingnakorn from Oct 30 to Nov 4.I loved the hotel. The interiors are very tastefully done and is extremely clean, a lot of reviews highlight the breakfast buffet, but let me tell you that only if you are inclined towards a northern Thai cuisine you will enjoy the breakfast. Of course there is the usual bacon, ham,...

Stayed here with my fiancé on our vacation. We were upgraded to a suite. Gorgeous hotel! The staff was fantastic! The buffet breakfast was delicious! We tried to stay longer, but they were fully booked. Highly recommend this place if you like boutique hotels.

This quaint boutique hotel is nicely located near many shops and chic cafes in Chiang Mia. Above all the staff goes out their way for you. They made sure we were upgraded on our room upon arrival and arranged our transportation to our next destination. Most definitely recommend this hotel.

The design was great, but too many decorative things made the hotel looked narrow. The hotel located outside the downtown. There was no taxi service there unless you hired a private van or motorcycle. There were 3 staff and the receptionist and only one could communicate with us. The rest kept on speaking Chinese to me though I told them...
