I have never stayed at this hotel, however I have eaten at the restaurant downstairs several times. This is a little gem of a restaurant, its cheap and delicious. The chef can cook just about anything at street food prices. It would be nice if the owners put in a TV and used the air conditioning a little more it...

Room was without window, so it was quiet - no street noise at all. Property is clean. The staff was polite, but speaks english quite bad. Good WiFi connection. Strategic location - near BTS station, 2 stations from central pier, 10 min. walk from subway.

We stayed several nights in the 2 first weeks of february (divided stay). We found the staff aloof and not so friendly. Our first night in room 21 was a nightmare because of the street noise and sky train. Impossible to sleep. I naively thought the windows were doubled but it was not the case. For the other night we...

Avoid unless you want to stay close to skytrain station. Staff couldn't care less if you are there or not. Preferably, I think they would like you to stay away. Nasty, uncommunicative and completely unsure if safety, Never again. These people give gay friendly hotels a bad name. Absolutely dreadful front desk staff. I think they know what they did.

The room we had was lovely especially for the price. The wifi worked well, it was clean and very comfortable. Its a step up from the backpackers' circuit but still reasonably priced and couldn't be closer to the sky train.

I stayed 3 nights, overall very good value for money, great location, 2 mn walk from bts station and 10mn from patpong area, the room and bathroom quite big, clean, friendly and helpful staff, no windows since I booked the cheapest but no problem for me. So I highly recommend this lodge.

The title sums up my experience. Definitely great value and very comfy bed, and air conditioner works great. The location is good, very close to patpong, bars and go-go but many taxi's dont know where it is, so its best not to be too intoxicated as you will have to show taxi's how to get there. The rooms are quite nice...

Good amenities, friendly staff, centrally located, nice rooms. Elevators would be great, but the staff carried our luggage to the 3rd floor. Definitely worth a stay, good value for money. They do not offer tours as such but can arrange transportation for you and will advise on what to visit and how to get around. We got a good explanation...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
