The hotel was good, clean, comfy. Just beware of the people around. We had an experience that we were tricked or hypnotized or something. Don't entertain strangers around. My friend lost his 500 USD in front of 7-11. There were father and son talked to us. An Arabs, they asked many things, they are professional thief. from out of nowhere...

This hotel is just 15mins from Son Ton where most Embassies are. And yet it is by far cheaper than the hotels around that area. Rooms are contemporary, hygienic and staff very friendly. It really made my trip worthwhile having to visit Bangkok to apply for a new passport. I will come back again when I make my way to...

I've stayed at the Tivoli many times and for £20 a night this boutique hotel with roof top pool and basic gym is perfect. There are thai, Italian, French and fusion restaurants in the Soi as well as massage, spa and laundry across the road. The gay friendly staff are very helpful but be patient with them as english is...

Its not always easy to puts one's finger on the reasons why to not love a place.. Reviewing Tivoli hotel I feel a bit like that. The place is clean, rooms and bathroom good and bed super comfortable. And I think the value is OK for all that, without having investigated this at all. The best with the hotel is...

This was the most amazing bargain of a hotel - we only paid about £20 per night. Large airy rooms with very efficient air conditioning and small balcony. Well equipped with wifi, at a small charge. The whole place was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. Lovely rooftop swimming pool which I had to myself every day.

Enjoyed staying at the Tivoli immensely. The room was large, well air-conditioned, bed was fantastically comfortable and service was welcoming and helpful. The Tivoli is convenient for Suvarnabhumi Airport (30 mins), close to Lumpini Park and Bangkok Centre is a taxi ride away. It's worth getting a street map with the hotel location marked on though because it is a...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.

“Most of the rooms are the same, the difference is just in sight. There are studio apartments that are spacious, but the rooms themselves are great for the price you will pay.”
