My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The gentleman, Mr.Koh at the hotel entrance was very kind, hospitable, and friendly. We are grateful for all his help. This hotel is not very large, but it offers a simple yet high-quality breakfast. Our room was a "Cool Room" with a pool view. It was neither too big nor too small. The best feature of the room was its cleanliness, and everything we needed was restocked daily. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, but they brought one to us so we could iron our clothes. The TV in the room didn’t work. The hotel is very close to Terminal 21 shopping mall and has easy access to two other shopping centers: Emsphere and Emquartier. It’s also very close to the metro station and the BTS station. The Sukhumvit area is lively, with a vibrant nightlife, and it’s quite busy and energetic. It would have been much better if the hotel had a shuttle service to the main street, as another hotel in the same alley offered this service, and it was really convenient. Overall, I give this hotel a rating of 4 out of 5.

The hotel is located near Sukhumvit Road near Korean Corner. Accordingly, many guests are from South Korea. It takes about 3-4 minutes to walk up to the street, where there are various restaurants. The typical smell of Bangkok can also be felt here. But it is very quiet at night and the quality of sleep is good.
I arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, so I didn't get into the room until around 1:30 p.m. Next time I wouldn't save money here.

We arrived at 11:30 AM and the hotel's check in time was 2:00 PM. We were not allowed to check in and told to wait in the hotel lobby. No welcome drink in the sultry Bangkok weather made things further difficult for us. The overall ambience of the hotel is dark. The breakfast options for vegetarians is very limited and the staff is not prompt and proactive in the restaurant. They had to be reminded time and again to refill the dishes/trays for the items served. The omelette and stir fried chinese noodles served were bland. We had booked slender room which was very small and stuffy. There was no dressing mirror and no balcony attached. No luggage racks. The reading lights in the room were situated so close above the bed that while waking up it hit our heads! The swimming pool was not well maintained and dried leaves from the bamboo trees were floating in the pool. Overall, it was an average experience.

This was once our favorite hotel in Bangkok. Super service and good restaurant. Now all the good stuff has been removed. Although they have posters about the restaurant everywhere, they only serve a breakfast where they have skimped on everything. The juice and coffee are just colored water. We were told that we could keep the room until 18.00 at check-out without charge. But when the clock passed 12.00, the keys no longer worked and we had to pay half a day extra. By then it was too late to empty the room and find another solution. When we complained, the manager said that we had not received that promise, even though the junior manager was present both times. Thanks for us, we won't be back.

My "BKK home base" has been here for over 2 years now. Simply great here. From the greeting to the quickest check-in by the friendly, efficient reception staff. Also very appreciated in hot weather the free ice cream :-) Good room selection, especially the studios or large suites. Very good mattress quality. Room housekeeping so friendly and helpful, Khun Jod and her successor... Also very good breakfast team with - above all - good Thai food selection. Top supervised by the long-standing, very nice manager Khun Adil, he is really a very attentive host, always keeping an eye on this and that. So top rating for the whole hotel team, and the porters on duty should not be forgotten either... I'd love to come back soon in February 2024 and more... and also new from the new manager Khun Au, just as careful, with a lot of Thai smile :-)

Stayed at Galleria 12, Sukhumvit, in Bangkok (Room 503) and while my initial impression was disappointing room booked did not match the photos advertised online/ A special thank you to WON at reception, who went above and beyond to address my concerns. She was incredibly understanding and promptly helped me get an alternative room that met my expectations. Her professionalism and empathy truly made a difference and ensured my stay was comfortable.
Another staff member, SAO, was also a delight. She was always pleasant and went out of her way to assist me with directions, taxi bookings, and general inquiries. Her cheerful demeanour and willingness to help made navigating the city much easier.
While the initial experience with the room was disappointing, the outstanding customer service from WON and SAO made up for it. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and recommend this hotel to others, knowing that the staff genuinely cares about guests' comfort and satisfaction.

We are very satisfied and will return to Galleria 12. The room is comfy, modern, clean and tidy. The location is super quiet, and our room was to the back and we didn't hear any street noises. You almost don't believe you are right in the middle of Bangkok, no traffic noise at all. The shower works well, good water pressure. Enough power points around the room for devices. Friendly staff, very helpful. Great location 5 minutes walk to BTS Asok and MRT, Terminal 21 right on the heart of Sukhumvit. Big shout out to GeeDAH and his team who were most helpful and went beyond the call of duty in their customer service and looking after our interests. We feel very welcome here and found a home away from home.

Was upgraded to a studio room with a nice city view on arrival. Soft beds, spacious room, clean bathroom, safe neighbourhood, smiling and greeting staff made this a comfortable stay. 2 bottles of water was provided everyday and rooms were made everyday. Pool looked nice although we didnt use it. Located about 10-15 min walk from BTS and MRT station. Also walkable to Terminal 21. Lots of eateries nearby. 7 11 and other major outlets nearby. Walkable to Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza if thats your thing. Highly recommend the hotel.

I booked this hotel on recommendation from someone who had previously stayed here. The hotel room I had was very spacious, clean, a very comfy bed and a decent amount of storage space for one person. The breakfast has a good variety of food, but I did find that the bread was not very good quality and tasted like cardboard! The staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a free service that takes you to the main road, which is helpful. Only thing to be aware of is that where you insert your key card in the room, there is a small button next to it you press to indicate if you want your room to be cleaned or not. If you don't select it, your room doesn't get made up. I discovered this on my first day there! It would be helpful if the staff can make you aware of this. The location is also pretty good, it is away from the main road so it is nice and quiet. The skyrail is only a 10 minute walk. If you are vegan/ vegetarian there is a great restaurant close by called May Veggie Home, that i would suggest going to.
Good experience overall, highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at the Galleria 12 Bangkok as a solo female traveller and found the location, hotel and staff absolutely perfect. My room (B407) had a great view, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The staff were quick to supply all additional items I needed (iron & ironing board, extra coffee), there was a shuttle service to take you to the top of Soi 12 (rather uneven surface, dusty), and full concierge service as and when required. The in house breakfast was good too, and the pool a welcome oasis after a hot day sight seeing. HOWEVER, the one and only issue I had was the soundproofing of my room. When Room B408 was occupied you could hear absolutely everything - this was my one and only fault with Galleria 12. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for both its facilities, wonderful friendly staff and great, great location just a stroll away from BTS / Metrol system to get you wherever you want in Bangkok.
