OK, so reviewing these type of hotels is tricky due to how little I paid for it ($30). The hotel is very well located, right in the heart of Sukhumvit - literally on Sukhumvit Road. The staff was friendly and the room was actually very nice considering what I paid. The sheer quantity of hotels in the neighborhood drives down...

Booked this hotel online after recommendation from a friend. On arrival staff were accommodating however the room I booked was just that - a room. No hanging space, no desk or cupboard. Room was very modern with a great glass bathroom. My stay was for 10 days and this was not suitable. Contact with reception was very favourable and another...

I recently stayed in the Ruamchitt Hotel in Bangkok for two nights just to split a long trip into two more manageable parts. The Ruamchitt isn't the flashest hotel in town but it is easy to get to and from the airport and is in the centre of some interesting Bangkok nightlife & shopping areas. It's in between Nana and...

Just average. I picked a room with a window but there is nothing to see. Got a room with no iron and ironing board, no fridge, no safety box and slightly malfunction shower. On a plus side, tv and aircond is working, and the room has abundance of electrical points for you to use if you have few gadgets. All...

Basic hotel. 2 free water bottles in room. Friendly receptionists. Good value for money. Location good for nightlife. Lot of prostitutes and drug dealers hanging out outside of hotel. 7eleven about 100m to Nana station direction.

This place gets full marks for the location. 5 mins walk from the BTS Skytrain station ASOK and NANA. This will be an amazing place for you if you are on a bachelors trip. Wouldn't really recommend for family visit and the reason is obvious. Really clean and tidy rooms the only issue i felt is that the lobby areas...

As the title states, this bed was the worst I've ever slept on. EVER. I'm Marriott Lifetime Platinum... I'm Hilton Honors Gold most years... I see a lot of hotel rooms. And this bed was essentially a light covering of cloth over plywood. If I hadn't been able to snag 4 extra pillows and a couple extra blankets from the...

Hotel is in a good location but this is also the big problem, because all the rooms are face on Sukhumvit road, 3 minutes from nana bts station, but very noisy day and night. basic clean rooms, no safe in the room, good surprise the swimming pool, and friendly staf.

I can't fault the location, the rooms or the staff. The location is very central- close to BTS, MRT and Terminal 21. We were lucky with a room on the 7th floor which was clean and spacious enough and the staff were very nice and helpful. However, as I'm sure you've read from other reviews, this place is ideal for...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
