Very poor and rude staff when arrived at hotel. Room dirty with stains on the wall, no towels for several hours and broken safe. Several lights in the room not working. No such thing as city view. Front desk staff not helpful at all with dealing with any of these issues and were unavailable for lengthy period. Good location but would not recommend and not worth the price we paid.

Very good rooms ,the location too is ideal. Extremely friendly staff ,also very obliging. You should meet Sith hovis very friendly and gives good safe advices where to go and what to do . Convenient stores like 7 eleven and Family Mart just below and walking distance. Very close to the hustle bustle night life . Transportation also available. Safe and convenient money exchange.

The hotel is located at the junction where soi 13 and soi 11 meet. The hotel provides a tuk tuk to take you to the end of soi 11. Friendly staff. Good size room, good wifi, TV with several channels. Cramped bathroom with a shower and bath tub. Some leakage issues. Pros: Room, Wifi, TV, rate. Cons: Maintenance issues, a long back walk from Sukhumvit especially in the afternoon heat, noisy tuk tuks at night. Final verdict: if you need a hotel room for a couple of nights and if you can get it at a bargain rate, then this hotel could be an option. If you are a picky traveler who expects more from a hotel then look somewhere else. There are better options nearby.

The location is great, little bit of a walk to the bts but no problem. The hotel is cheap for the location however it is quite run down. The shower didn’t work properly, the extra bed we were given was broken, lighting is terrible in the rooms, carpets very grubby. Some strange things going on in the lift? It had been lined inside with mdf and plasterboard. The cleaning staff were very nice and welcoming. There was a waste pipe leaking in the main entrance to the hotel everyday. Sometimes smelt bad. Pool currently under renovations so maybe they will continue to renovate the rest of the hotel. I would stay there again based on price and location, but if you book there be prepared that the hotel has seen better days. I have given 3 stars due to value and friendliness of the staff.…

Total scam hotel. if you want to ruin your vacations or business travel then go ahead and book this hotel. Unfortunately i made non-refundable booking for 3 nights. What a horrible experience i had. Reception is next to public toilet which is blocked and the smell is horrible on the reception. When you enter the room, furniture is broken, toilet is simply filthy garbage. Water blockage and goodness the whole toilet stinks. I had been travelling round the globe and this is one of the worst hotel i have seen so far. Manager never comes in front to face guests and she keeps staff to face people screaming at them. She is a total scam. Just stay away guys !!!
