I loved staying in Happy 3. It was close to different malls and restaurants. The service was great and staff were friendly. The place is cozy and very comfortable. They booked a ride for me to take me to the zoo and back so I didn't have to worry about that. It was excellent overall. I cannot wait for my next visit.

Modern hotel, with very friendly personnel, clean, spacious rooms, good facilities, nice breakfast restaurant. In close proximity to the Jim Thompson House Museum, major shopping centres and the BTS Sky Train system. Ideal for a few days in Bangkok.

We stayed at the Happy 3 for a 2-night stopover. The staff were warm and friendly, the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Our room catered for 3 people and was exactly as described on the website. The hotel is accessible to a range of activities. There are shops, restaurants and public transport close by and the staff were only too happy to help arrange transport. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious. Hot and cold food, fresh fruit, cakes, cereal, drinks and an egg station. A great way to start the day. We believe this hotel is great value for the money paid and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We spent 3 nights in Happy 3 hotel. Really good location near boat pier, Jim Thomson house and BTS station. Rooms are very quiet, excellent king size beds and it’s very clean. Excellent customer service (good advice for booking a tour in Ayutthaya)!

Hotel with Army Rules ... 😳 Signboards are everywhere. If you bring fresh durians 2000 Baht penalty. If you smoke within hotel premises 4000 Baht penalty. You have to present breakfast coupon every morning. I went to breakfast bit early and told them My wife is bringing coupon but didn’t not allow me to touch the food until she came. Isn’t that weird ? They asked for 100% payment before check in.... this doesn’t end here 😀 keep 100 USD ready as security deposit, finally, you have room key.

Tastefully designed well run hotel, with spotless , comfortable bedrooms and bath rooms and excellent breakfast; in close proximity to all requirements. The lady receptionists and especially the two doorman were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast is highly recommended with variety of tasty western and thai dishes. The lady at breakfast, was attentive, friendly and the service was brilliant. I will return after Sungkran – Senadhi.

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, staff were friendly & helpful and the breakfast buffet had great variety. Great facilities including the pool, outdoor lounge area and indoor lounge area. We were a group of 3 adults and we found the room size very spacious considering we had 1 large luggage each. We especially loved being close by to the BTS skytrain. For those who enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city life, this is a great location as it’s also very close by to the main malls Siam Paragon, Siam Centre & Siam Square. The water taxi stop was just a stones throw away from the hotel at the end of the street. We did not get a chance to catch a water taxi, however will definitely do it next time. 7/11 convenience store and McDonalds were also just a few minutes away on the main road which we found helpful. If you are looking to experience more of the local life, I suggest to stay a little further out from this area. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a great stay team! …

Basic hotel with ok facilities and a very simple breakfast. Location is good. Air con was noise and did not cool the room properly. Dirty and used slippers to use in the room which of course we did not put on. Concierge staff were friendly, reception staff not so much. In the future, I would look for somewhere else to stay.

24 hr security at front, welcoming staff that greets you upon entry with a smile. (Thank you for such great service!) Beautiful design of hotel and rooms. Loved the location, 5 to 8 minute walk to BTS rail system making it easy to get anywhere. Malls close by are awesome. 1st time in Thailand and are loving the city life compared to many other south East Asian countries! Would reccomend this hotel and would stay again!
