A very small boutique hotel right in the middle of everything from walking 100 meters to Terminal 21, right next to Asoke BTS station and all the bars and restaurants in Soi Nana . a very nice staff, nice and big rooms and very clean. The only thing negative, the bed could have been firmer.
This is a great little hotel. It is a two minute walk to Terminal 21, immediately next door to Robinson Department store and Robinson supermarket, and a 3 minute walk to Asok BTS. Its always easy to get a taxi or Bolt within minutes. The hotel is kept clean and spotless by the friendly housekeeping staff. The internet is good and included, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the AC cools well. Of the 30 some hotels I have stay in within Bangkok, this is the favorite. There are no useable balconies, but there is a front patio by the lobby door that is great for eating local takeout. The hotel has no internal food service during Covid. The manager Khun Kikki Jutharat is the best feature of the hotel. She goes well beyond the normal customer service found in most hotels, and expended tremendous effort to help me with so many visa and miscellaneous issues. The hotel is lucky to have her! On the other shift, Khun Kuk was equally as helpful.…
This is a old hotel with very outdated room. The room has a strange smell. Breakfast is at a small corner, with only a few tables, with limited food. One of staff is very rude. She is shouting at me over the phone, with very bad English. To this staff, I am a paying guest and you are only a empolyee of this hotel. Please know your role in your organisation. You choose to work in a hotel, your job is to serve the guest. I walked in as a paying guest, not to tolerate your rudeness. To the management, you are paying this rude empolyee salary to drive your customers away. I will not stay here again.
Stayed 3 nights at The Key Bangkok Hotel and certainly will come back again in my next visit. The hotel's location is just a stone throw away from both BTS and MRT train stations, Terminal 21 and few minutes walk to Health Land Spa and Wellness. The entrance to the hotel needs a little effort to The room is clean and spacious with a simple kitchenette facilities. The checking-in was a breeze as the front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
The Key offers a good stay, excellent location, helpful staff; all at a reasonable price. I have mobility problems and the desk staff, Koi and Lek, helped me with an excellent accommodation. They gave me an upgrade with a walk-in-shower that made my stay possible. The breakfast staff person was also extremely helpful, going out of her way to serve me coffee and breakfast items.
I have had the pleasure to visit for first time Keyhotel in Bangkok. All staff was excellent and special thanks to mr Aon at the lobby. He was professional and welcomed me like I was coming to my own home. From now on The Key hotel is my future home in Bangkok. Thank you Key staff for great service. The cleaning of the room was excellent and cleaning of the room was first class. See you soon again Key hotel staff. Gudlaugur Hermannsson

Staffs at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. The room is so clean. The location is th I overbooked the hotel and I have talked to the staff. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy
Good location as expected. Pre requested twin bed was not given and ask us to check the next day. We booked 3 rooms, all given rooms were smoking rooms and was told that we should make is a special request to have non smoking room. Our special request to have a twin bed room was also not being accommodated so I don't think another type of request would be helpful.
We stayed in a one room suite with extra bed for my elder son. Had a wonderful and comfortable stay for 3 nights. Will come back to stay if visiting Bangkok again. Pros: 1)Hotel location was great, just next to terminal 21, BTS and MRT 2)Room has kitchen facilities like microwave, utensils 3)Aircon was cold enough, king size bed was comfortable 4) room was very big and has a separate living room that you can chill and watch tv 5)hot water pressure is good and consistent 6) sufficient spread for breakfast, not international but good enough Cons: 1)A bit noisy due to construction or traffic in the early mornings 2) reception and lobby is small but does not really matter 3) entrance is at the side road which we took sometime to find 4) toilet was rather cramp 5) tv signal was not very good, no instructions on how to operate the cable channels …
