I've stayed in more expensive hotels. I've stayed in more "luxurious" hotels. I have never stayed in a better hotel. This is simply the best of what a Bangkok hotel can be. Let me be clear. If you want to stay at the Mandarin Oriental, the Sukhothai, The Shangri-La, or the Four Seasons, go right ahead. The rooms will certainly be more opulent and there may be a slightly greater array of services offered, but you will pay 4-5 times as much and I, respectfully suggest, are unlikely to have a better time. This hotel was the highlight of trip to Bangkok and distinguished itself even amongst a strong list of hotels at all price points. I chose this hotel to do my Test and Go Day 1 Quarantine. At the time of my booking they were running a special where I could use my IHG reward points (Spire Elite) and pay a 3000B (95 USD) supplement to add the test and go package. Almost no hotels in Bangkok allow you to do this (I don't know if the supplement is still offered) but it dramatically cut the cost of my quarantine and was a wonderful value as many very subpar hotels are charging outrageous prices for Test and Go. The location is across the street from a green lush area of Lumpini which is beautiful and rooms have striking views of the Bangkok skyline. For a moment I felt as though I was in Singapore or Tokyo. The street is lined with a variety of foreign embassies including the US Embassy, which means the area is well maintained and has excellent security. You are next to the All Seasons Tower, with good shopping options like grocery stores, multiple banks, and a 7-11 all a half block away. Walk about 5 minutes in the other direction and you find the Central Embassy Mall and the Food Hall there. This is one of the most picturesque locations in the Bangkok CBD. I admit there are no canals but I loved this area! Rooms are bright, vibrant, and well appointed with the most comfortable bed I found in Bangkok. My room overlooked the greenery and it was a joy to wake up every morning, flip the switch for my electric curtains, and overlook the Park. Furthermore, I could sit on my balcony and enjoy a drink or a snack and take it all in. The bathroom was one enormous, with a shower that I still see in my dreams a large soaking tub and double vanity. Little, Thai-inspired flourished dotted the room including elephant carvings, furnishings that were made to look like campaign chests, and Thai art. Internet signal was strong, water pressure and air conditioning fit for purpose, and they gave my a generous amount of bottled water everyday. The staff were as vibrant and colorful as the decor. The front of house manager Nuchi was always racing through the lobby to help people with their luggage or get them a taxi or simply to hold the door for them and her musical voice echoes through the lobby with warm greetings and a smile. There is no truth to the rumor that her voice can be heard all the way to the rooftop pool. The entire staff at the front desk particularly Tik, Oil, and Noom were as friendly as helpful as can be and were as welcoming as any hotel in which I stayed anywhere in the world. Housekeepers and bellman were equally spectacular and I felt well cared for at every point during my stay. Breakfast offerings consisted of a rotating array of about a half dozen Asian dishes and a further half dozen Western dishes, which were more or less consistent. Egg are cooked to order including a variety of more exotic options like a crab Benedict. While offerings were not as extensive as some of the ultra-5 star Thai properties all the food was delicious and of very high quality. I read a previous review criticizing the breakfast. I cannot join the criticism, I've had about 2000+ hotel breakfast and this was easily in the top 5% of them. Pastries were buttery, fruit fresh and varied, and hot dishes delicious and cooked to order. Staff were also fanatical about mask wearing and hand washing, which was very reassuring. As I carried a number of heavy items with me after breakfast one of the servers raced ahead of me to make sure the elevator doors were help open for me even though I did not request any help. That's just who they are. Also, they get bonus points for a hello kitty inspired receipt terminal on one of the maitre'd stands. I'm not a pool person but the rooftop pool was amazing with its views over Bangkok and pool was spotless and chlorine consistently checked. Fitness facilities were also excellent. Finally, I will mention that the hotel is very aggressive with its prices and have a number of local specials so perhaps best to call the hotel directly to see if they have a rate plan that suits your needs. This certainly saved me a great deal of money through the course of my stay. Finding properties like this makes travel fun! Thank you to everyone at Indigo. So if you are looking for a lovely, vibrant, and authentically Thai property choose Indigo! Happy Traveling!

I selected to stay here due to test&go policy. Hotel is located in business area and surrounding by shopping department store and ton of restaurants. I would say here is one of great boutique hotel in Bangkok. The decorations was nice and memorable. Services by all staffs were perfectly satisfaction. They are very helpful and attentive to your request. There are nice pool and gym on 24th floor and roof top bar at 26th. I would rate this hotel 9.5/10.

We stayed 3 nights at the Indigo and found the location fantastic situated between the American and Vietnamese embassies and had easy access to all the main attractions in Bangkok, the hotel was spotlessly clean and had and quirky modern style, fantastic infinity pool on the 26th floor with amazing views and close to the local Bangkok night life, The Concierge Moo was very helpful highlighting the main attractions and local night life on a map which he provided, we would will definitely be going back to this hotel and would highly recommend the Indigo
