I stayed here 4 years ago for 1 night, 12 hrs or so, it was ok, perhaps fine. This time it was for 2 nights, arrived 4pm, and left 6am to the airport after 2 nights stay. The location is very good. I asked for a quiet windowless room at the back, its fairly small, but everything was clean and worked fine, AC, wifi, fridge, bathroom etc and bed was comfortable. No problems with any insects etc. Also very quiet, didn't get disturbed much at all by any noise both nights and I sleep early. I do think I'm getting to the point where I am happy to pay more, for a better room in a quiet location with a window to be honest, although all 3 nights I have stayed here have been fine.
Clean, friendly Stuff, Guestfriendly. Nothing to complain. Its in the heart of Soi 11 where the Party goes on in Bangkok. Elevator is there. 24/7 reception. Bringing some overnight guests are no Problem.
air-condition is not working in my room, and they didn't fix poor isolation between rooms average hotel if u want bed to sleep only near to center of city bad services we booked 3 rooms for 3 days in July 2019
4 horrible nights. To be fair, you get what u paid for. But still!!!! It was avoidable errors. ROOM: 1. AC blows humid wind. Even when everything is set to supposed settings. We sweat to sleep every night. WORST NIGHTMARE! On our second night the AC spits ice! LITERALLY scared the crap outta us!! Had to place towels beneath as it was leaking badly. We had to turn it off n sleep without air circulation. And Bangkok’s heat was real!!! 2. wooden floor and cupboard was moldy and has a strong musky smell. Bathroom wall was moldy. Shower has good pressure though. 3. Room and toilet lighting is bad. Pretty dark n eerie. Lift landing area to the room was dark. RECEPTION 1. We checked in to a “very weird starring and racial small talks” situation at the reception. No greetings no goodbyes. Always on their phone until you try to talk to them. Occasionally a few of “the friends” sleeps at the reception. Asked for some info about food nearby, the ans was “I don’t know”! surprisingly they know where NAna BTS was. 2. Asked for an extra card as me n my friend come n go at different times. Granted, with stern look “you must return this card when check out”. Ok! But to all disappointment, the card was only functional on the first night. On every other nights, we were locked out of the room n had to go down to the reception to renew the key card. Cons: 1. very near to Nana BTS.3-4minutes walk. Asoke BTS 10mins walk.Soi cowboy 14mins walk. Terminal 21 shopping mall / sukhumvit MRT - 15mins walk. 2. 7-eleven downstairs 3. Street food across the road noon till late night. 4. We didn’t hear any music from the bar across like many has commented maybe cos our room has NO WINDOW! 5. Massage parlour downstairs 6. Tuk-tuk and taxi everywhere. We mainly travelled by Grab. We found it Cheaper and better. 7. Super Rich money changer the other side of the road 5mins walk. Best rate we’ve found so far. Overall, good location. The entire property needs refurbishment, painting and retrain the staffs. It will be a great place if the management/ owner goes thru property management and hospitality training. Or hire the right person who can do the job for you. …
I stayed a week for a business trip. Restaurant downstairs played loud music every night until 1am ! It feels like they are playing in your room. Cleaning was not done properly and the cockroaches know it ! Worst point was the window silicone that was damaged and the water was going inside every time it was raining ! Problem is there is electricity plugs down the window !! I told the reception on the second night that it was very dangerous. I am leaving today after 10 nights there and the silicone was still not fixed ! They just do not give a damn !
