The famous quote of Mahatma Ghandi on the wall about customers/guests being the most important visitor on the premises, should be a given for any hospitality industry venue, but actually writing it in a hotel lobby on the wall as is the case here, actually raises ones expectations. So when the service isn't good, the displayed quote enlarges the contrast...

Inappropriately named as this is decorated in IKEA furniture without a hint of style or imagination that one would normally associate with a 'boutique hotel.' As I had a corner deluxe room, it was huge ... but the space was used so poorly as to make the size irrelevant. Still, it was clean and well maintained, which is the bare...

worst hotel i have every stayed at and since I travel for work all around asia this is saying a lot....I stayed there for 4 nights with my mother in law and my husband. I stayed in a Superior room for two nights and it was the first time for me to stay in this area of Bangkok. The location was great as it is just next to a Big C supermarket where you can buy almost everything. A two minute walk away you can find the most delicious Thai street food you can...

Stayed two nights here and overall quite enjoyable. Only around 7 minute walk from the BTS On Nut station. There is a Big C next to the hotel which opens until 11pm everyday. The room was quite nice and tidy, not so big though but it is quite surprise that you can find a small balcony facing the city. The staffs...

For the price of the room, I have not much to complain about. The location was about 10 minutes from the On Nut BTS by the shortcut through the Big C logistics yard. In the late night, it is advisable to walk the longer 15 minute route by way of main Soi Sukhumvit 77 as the Big C yard is...

Firstly, there is no way this is what a Brit would term a 'Boutique' hotel. Its small, yes but opulent, no. Generally its clean and spartan, and reminds me a bit of a Travelodge or Premier Inn. However, the tiles in the shower could do with a thorough cleaning with bleach to brighten up the grouting. The bed is, like...

I stayed here for 4 days on a business trip. The good part is that they gave me a room filled with sunlight in the morning overlooking the entire city. The bad part is that the wifi wasn't very reliable, the connection keeps dropping and reconnecting (technical term = losing packets). If you're in Bangkok for vacation and do not...
