Located at centre of bangkok easy to get some sightseeing sites at Bangkok within 5 minutes by tuk-tuk Wonderful staff, modern room, hot showers, netflix and youtube on television great and diversity breakfast and drinks! Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Looking forward to comeback in one day.
Few step to the bts and mrt station , Bizotel have almost everything you need . From very clean and modern room with nice staffs to the very good breakfast . If i had chance to return to Bkk , I would choose this place again for my family From mr Nguyen
Fantastic the new wing of this cute artistic hotel! Best breakfast, Super kind staff, and above all Mr.Thanapon Dejchanpon, the general manager! His kindness and support while our stay there and having to go to the hospital, was OUTSTANDING!!! There are no words to describe our feelings of warmth and interest from all the staff!
I chose this hotel because of affordability and quality. My brother stayed here for 3 nights in a twin room. We initially booked a superior room but when we checked in they upgraded us for free in a deluxe twin which is in their premiere building at the back. It was spacious, clean and well designed. Lots of plug outlets in the appropriate places. It had the best bed and pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. We managed to meet Danny the owner, he was a pleasure to talk to everyday. He made time to chat and share more about his business and background. Because of this personal touch we will be back for sure. The hotel was initially 30 rooms with the hotel at the front. A bigger and newer complex has been built behind. The breakfast was plentiful, my brother enjoyed it. We also tried their restaurant at the front. We were told we are one of the few Kiwis that stay as they cater for mainly Chinese tourists. The area has a local feel to it, it definitely isn’t in the upscale part of Bangkok. We actually liked it because we got to experience more of the local culture. Anyway we will see you again Bizotel later this year! …
The service was fantastic, the rooms were cleaned very well, the front desk was always accommodating, the breakfast was reliable and tasty. Special mention to the petite guy in the frint desk who checked us out and got us in a taxi to the airport in 10mins. Fantastic service! The location was 7mins walk from Victory Monument BTS. The heat felt like it was longer... but I enjoyed my walk to since it was great to see the local life and the food /fruit vendors at night. The area us very convenient with about 4 7-11 along the street and the mall at the BTS. Grab taxi to Asok, Grand Palace, etc was 100-140 baht only. Looking forward to staying here again.
I visited this hotel with family. Overall experience was awesome, front office staff was very helpful and courteous. Checkin and check out was really smooth. Rooms were neat and clean with all basic amenities in place. There are plenty of eating options in their in house restaurant as well as at nearby locations. Breakfast had decent options. It was value for money, highly recommended.
We stayed 4 nights and arrived early evening from Chiang mai . Was greeted by Anoop the receptionist on duty that day.. He gave us very simple detail information about the surrounding area like where to take the BTS, the restaurants and place for massage etc . Provided us a map of Bangkok and recommended us some places to go and what transportation is most convenient. Something I would expect from a guesthouse/hostel . Great information and service. The other staff Mat was also helpful and assist us in solving our wifi telco line issue we bought while in Khao Yai which was written in Thai . The other receptionists and those working in the small restaurant were also helpful and courteous . The breakfast we had during our 4 night stay here was splendid with porridge ( different each morning) , fried rice /noodle and western breakfast with eggs , sausages . Room was spacious and clean . Location wise situated in a more quiet part of bangkok city but only a few minutes walk to the BTS station and King power duty free shopping mall. For those looking to do shopping in other part of Bangkok I would this is a great location as using the BTS would take u there without facing the traffic jam. Using the taxi or Grab would take about 20 minutes in the morning if pay for the highway toll (baht 70) .Only set back is the room is not so sound proof but we are not staying in a party hostel so I shouldn't be that noisy when we sleep . For the above reason I would recommend those coming to Bangkok to stay here…
Decided to choose this hotel based on the reviews online and the price. And true to its words, we were all very surprised by the kind service they provide even though it was cheaper than major hotels in BKK area. Upon checking in, they serve drinks. And, they spent some time to tell you where are the good places to visit in BKK. The room for 3 was not that spacious but it was enough for us to move around. The bed was very comfortable. Even the add on bed was not bad but wish the material was a bit thicker. The room and toilet was clean. Booked the room with breakfast and the buffet came as a surprise for the price we paid. Even though the selection is definitely lesser than the major hotels around, they definitely serve like what a 4 star hotel did. They even had a egg station and a chef to cook the type of eggs you like. The selection of the food did changes a little everyday so that you wouldn't get sick of it. Location of the hotel is near to Victory Monument Station. Took about 15minutes to walk from Ratchaprarop Airport link station to Bizotel. Surrounding of the hotel has a small supermarket, food and night market. Staffs can speak good English so there shouldn't be any problem.1 of us forgotten to bring our HP out for the day and the person in charge of our room kept the phone at 1 side of the room for us. Truly surprise and touched.…
They made our Thailand trip extra pleasant! Upon arriving BKK Airport, we met our friendly driver by the gate, which was requested by us and booked by Bizotel via e-mail exchange. (We eventually made him our tour driver for the rest of our stay!) ARRIVAL: We arrived at Bizotel and was welcomed by the staff with complimentary drinks. The lobby looked modest and colorful. The staff was very accommodating. They provided us with a map and recommended us things to do and places to see around Bangkok. ROOM: As we booked our stay here, I requested if it was possible to book two rooms that were next to each other (since we were a family of 6,) I didn't get a reply from them or maybe it didn't get through them. So when the staff gave us our key cards, we were surprised that we actually had two adjacent rooms, and we have a private mini hallway at that! Such a good set-up especially for family travelers. The bed was huge, plus their sofa bed was just as comfortable. The room was neat and we had a good night's sleep all throughout—we didn't want to leave our beds! Their bathroom has a good space as well, although we had a minor problem with our toilet's flusher and the shower area was quite slippery, but that's about it. SURPRISE: On the night of my dad's birthday, we got a surprise knock on our door with the Bizotel staff singing to him a happy birthday. They gave him a cake and my dad was super appreciative about it! It was a thoughtful gesture. BIZTRO: Their buffet breakfast was pretty decent and quite delicious, and what we enjoyed about it is that they offer a different menu everyday. The chef makes good omelette and bacon! OUTSIDE: It's not as touristy so you blend in with the locals. Lots of convenience stores around (There's like a 7-11 every two blocks) coffee shops, and small restos. It's near King Power Complex, a duty-free shop. The hotel is a 5-7 minute-walk away from the Victory Monument station where the BTS Skytrain and Century Mall is located. The huge shopping malls like the MBK, Siam Paragon/Center/Discovery are just 15 minutes away via Skytrain (Siam station), the Temples around 20 minutes away (via van). If you're on a budget but would want to have a noteworthy hotel experience, then Bizotel is the place. We are forever grateful to them for their world-class service! …
Small hotel with small breakfast room but at least breakfast had Bacon and freshly cooked eggs. Coffee was ok as well. The location close to Victory Monument and Century Mall was quite good. Good access to Taxis
