Located on Soi 1 off Sukhumvit Rd, it's a great location to access the capital whilst being on a quiet road. We booked through laterooms.com where we got a room for 1750 Baht with a 50% off offer. For this price we got a very clean deluxe double with a balcony. Rooms come with private bathrooms, aircon, flatscreen TV, Cable...

I'm not sure why I'm bothering to add my voice when so many other reviewers have already said it all! It was a lovely hotel. I had medical stuff at Bumrungrad Hospital (literally just through their parking lot). There is a flight of stairs up to the entrance, but there is an elevator hidden off to the side that they...

We stayed here with some trepidation after reading some of the reviews but couldn't have been more surprised. Ok, Taxi driver didn't know where it was, but after stating its across from the Bumrungrad Hosptial it was easy. The street is narrow, and always busy but hey, that's Bangkok. The staff could not have been nicer, the receptionist Jig, took...

Fantastic hotel. My room spacious well equipped and finished to a high standard unlike most of the hotels that I've managed to stay in whilst in Bangkok. Room was modern but still managed to feel homely. Staff incredibly proffessional and helpful. The hotel is literally just a couple of minutes walk from the MRT subway and about five minutes walk...

Overall a very nice place for the amount paid. Look around on many online booking sites, as I was able to find a "buy 2 get 1 more night free" deals through Hotelscombined.com. Breakfast was served until 11 a.m. and had just about anything you'd want, including made to order eggs. They do not have free internet computers in the...

This hotel offers great value for money. The room is clean, spacious and beds are comfortable. It comes with cable TV, welcoming gym and a mini jacuzzi pool for relaxation. The breakfast is nice and hearty. Toilet amenities are complete. The hotel also prepares simple and light evening cocktail for all guests - daily, which i didn't expect in first...

We stayed here on our last night in Thailand before catching a flight back from Bangkok. Although the pool was out of use, the value and comfort of the rooms was absolutely fantastic, especially for the rate we got - about $55 p/night at the time. Personally I couldn't fault them - they are big, clean, spacious and very comfortable...

A great clean hotel. The staff make you feel very welcome and important. Nice little touches like free drinking water, inclusive breakfast, and the bed covers turned down with a chocolate on the pillow! Great breakfast. Walking distance to transport, and close to the shopping centres. Clean, new rooms. They have free wireless through the hotel. If you don't have...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in early Sept 2008. Driving up the street you can be forgiven for thinking you are in a ghetto. Nestled between a huge hospital & apartments is the FuramaXclusive. The hotel is very clean, rooms are very spacious. For the price you can't really complain & the included daily breakfast is very satisfying....

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
