It was a great stay at courtyard. Convinience store is nearby. They provide free tuktuk every 10 mins for chit lom station which is a big plus. Food and service is excellent at Momo cafe on ground floor at courtyard. Thanks to Tarta and the whole team for making my stay a comfortable one.

Had a great stay here at Courtyard BKK as always. However, there are renovations on going at the lobby and check in is at level M (atm). Was checked in by N’Bell who had cheerful and pleasant personality. She took time to share with me about the ongoing renovations.

I have stayed here 4x now. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and enjoyable to talk with. Overall, Coutryard Ratchadamri is a nice property. It’s not as large and feels personable. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. The only thing I miss is not having an executive lounge.

1st time time to Bangkok. Great shopping district location with easy access to the sky trains and the full range of Bangkok ground transportation options. It’s clean, modern, and has a quiet saltwater pool, wonderful breakfast buffet, and Marriott’s best staff. Everyone greeted us, warmly. Oil checked us in and gave me good overview. The Bell / Concierge staff was truly helpful and knowledgeable about what to do and the best way to do it. Special thanks to Champ as he answered all the questions and helped us make the plans. This Courtyard has been sort of our second home for the past several years and we’re back now with our sons for another week. We always choose this Courtyard first to stay, if possible. Service is excellent, and MoMo cafe is reliably good with a very nice atmosphere that works well when we invite friends to join us. We got to know Tarta, Gire, Apt, Ann, Kong and Jok in the morning shift team who always take very good care of us, and who have lively personalities as well. 😎

Great place to stay on my trips to Bangkok. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Staff is friendly and always accommodating. And a big separator from other places is the breakfast has a lot of fresh options and made to order foods. The morning shift team was great (Tarta was extremely kind and helpful!)

Hospitality appeared to be at very best level as the hotel staff demontrating very best customer service ethics and very helpful at anytime. Clean, quite, easy, resful, comfortable and best location in downtown bangkok. Yes, MOMO cafe with multiple selections of food, delicious at very resonable price and relaxing spot after tiring day and I would say, the breakfast buffet are delicious and bein prepared freshly. The Chef, Mr.Rahul being at very profesional level, genuily preparing the food which has really brought out all the many flavors. He also being a very good communicator and listen to customers which I witnessed during my stay. I would personally thank him for his commitment in Courtyard MOMOP Cafe. If anyone look for a hotel stay, Coutyard Bangkok not to be miss.

Hotel is not close to bts station and need an estimated walking time of 10 minutes. Hotel lobby is currently undergoing upgrading. Upon arrival, staff was prompt to retrieve my luggage and was friendly. At the check in counter, staff - Gigi Aoi san - was friendly and assisted promptly with my requests and enquires. I arrived early at 9am and she kindly allowed early check in without additional charges.
