Detailed Reviews
The hotel location was'nt ideal for shopperholic but is just a train station away to the shooping paradise. The hotel nearby have excellent massage parlor, 7-11 and some other cool stuff that i couldn't have time to explore. The rooms were huge and house keeping was a top notch, just came back from breakfast around 9am and my bed was already made.
Breakfast was rather mundane, the usual freid rice, cereal, sausage, ham, and some local dishes. not much changes from day to day. Speaking of food, i rather had a interesting part to share. On one of my days, my food had some issues and i was just casually sharing with the waitress, expecting nothing of follow-up. But the hotel went the extra miles to make up the mistake, it was rather inspiring to see hotelier trying to manage problems rather than blaming it on some other facts. The director came straight to me and apologies for the mistake and send up complimentary cheese platter to my club room.
i was rather touch by the continouse improvement attitute that the hotel adapt and i would go back to the same hotel whenever i visit thailand again. I will also highly recommend this place to anybody, if you have some spare cash you should really trying booking in at one of the club suit.
In appreciation to Director of rooms Mr Nathan.

Its a large hotel in a good location (near BTS line). We got a room 2021 (20th floor) which was nicely sized double with a small sofa. View was towards the east. Bed was comfortable and i slept very well. Room had all the amenities of a 4* star hotel, water bottles were replaced daily, kettle was also available in the room. What I didn't particularly like was the design of bathroom. Its nicely sized, however its also open and divided only by a "curtain" with bedroom. As this is not a problem when traveling alone, I'm not a fan of that kind design when traveling with a partner.
Facilities were above average. Gym and pool are on the 11th floor. Devices in gym are good, pool is also nice with open views towards the west (old town). As this is a large hotel, pool area has limited seating and it can get busy. Wifi in general (especially in our room 2021) was below par and not satisfactory for work. It worked better by the pool.
Breakfast was very good, diverse and well stocked. They have two (or even three) restaurants. Food in downstairs (ground floor, fusion Asian Thai) restaurant was good, just the prices were very much on a high side. Unfortunately music in the evening (with a live DJ) was too loud to have a nice dinner with relaxed conversation.
In general, service in the hotel was good. Approachable and helpful. Though, there is room for improvement for service near the pool.
Location is handy when exploring Bangkok. Jim Thompsons house is just a few hundred meters away. Close to BTS stop National Stadium and also canal boat stop Hua Chang (towards old town).
Recommended and would stay here again.

A 3 night stay at the end of 2 weeks in Thailand started with a room upgrade and things only got better. We stayed in a family room which gave my wife, 11 year old son and myself ample space. I had booked direct and got a great price. Great location. Very close to National Stadium BTS station made travelling to other parts of the city easy. Being very close to MBK, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon etc made shopping easy as well as giving multiple eating options. Buffet breakfast was more than enough and was included in our rate as I booked direct. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The arts theme throughout the hotel was well done. Pool area was also nice. A very comfortable stay and would recommend to anyone. Would stay at Siam@Siam again in an instant.

The SiamSiam has a nice reception area. Also on the ground floor is a bar/ restaurant with life music and outside terrace . Only used once and it was good food, friendly staff..., all ok
We booked a club room, which allows access to club amenities on 22nd floor. Everything worked in the room, however, based on the ad, we expected a bit larger room and furniture look quite old. Coffee machine in room and only 25m to club room, very good, but club room did not have snacks or drinks available even when opening hours showed availability..
Location is good, probably 10-15 mins by taxi to most attractions, BTS station in 5 min walk
Will come again when visiting Bangkok

Stayed here for 2 nights, cool vibe, great rooms, comfy beds, great service.
The location is handy for anywhere in the city, a 2 minute walk to the skytrain, 2 minute walk from a food court and Tesco grocery store, across the street from the football stadium and on a main road where you can grab a Tuk Tuk or taxi for cheap.
Would recommend this hotel and will make this my go to hotel in Bangkok every time we visit.

I stayed at SiamSiam on two separate occasions for a total of 16 days in the last month and therefore have a good feel about the hotel. The hotel is very nice and a fun place to stay.
Positives:
Location, located on 2nd road right on the Baht Bus route which is very convenient. Right across the street you have Central Marina and a Big C and Terminal 21 about a five minute walk away. You can also walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes.
The rooftop pool with ocean and city views is a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities one would expect of a hotel like this.
The Aircon works really well.
The WIFI works well although it drops every now and then.
The hotel has a good room service menu that is reasonably priced.
The staff from the front desk, door staff, luggage staff, pool area staff and cleaning staff are all friendly and well-trained to do their jobs.
Negatives:
Check-in can be a hot mess during check-in time around 2:00 PM. You're probably better off checking in after 3:00 PM to avoid the rush.
The first stay I had ants and mosquitos in my room.
The second stay I had little water pressure and half the time no hot water. I contacted staff to get this rectified which they did but the water would go cold again later or the next day.
Loud construction next door.
Changing charge amounts for the same order of room service.
Water leaks in the gym and many of the gym equipment not working.
Loose sink faucet and shower faucet.
The hotel is showing its wear, I'm surprised they didn't freshen up the hotel (paint, fix cracks and simple issues in rooms) during Covid.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at SiamSiam and would stay there again, but I do hope they freshen up the hotel and fix the basic issues that can be easily fixed. I think if you can get this hotel under $50 a night, it's a good deal, but the most I would pay personally is $40.

We enjoyed our stay and made good use of the club access. The breakfast was great in both the ground floor and the level 22 club lounge. The wifi was very slow for us and we often struggled to get a signal at all in our room. We found all of the staff to be friendly and most helpful. We would definitely stay again of we were pasing through Bangkok.

+1
Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, always greet us and offer to help us proactively. They clean our room and refill the toiletries and drinking water everyday during our stay without us request. The room was very spacious for 3 of us, shower area is a bit small but the bathtub is big and deep. Convenient location access to train station, convenient stores, have a cafe restaurant within the property, and they even have a weighting machine in the lobby as well as luggage carriage service. Doesn't hear much noise during the whole stay

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and we enjoyed our stay.
Few good things to mention:
Location - hotel is literally less than 5 minutes walk away from BTS National Stadium which makes it way easier to travel anywhere in the city and also gives you access to best of the malls in the city like Siam Paragon and MBK Centre
Staff - the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They helped us find us taxi as we were getting late for the flight and Grab/Bolt taxis were not close
Room Service - We always found our room in first class condition whenever we returned home at the end of the day.
Only one suggestion to hotel is to change the breakfast menu. We found same option every day during our stay.
Highly recommend this hotel specially to couple's traveling for vacation.

Thoughtful and warm service, particularly from the front desk. Without asking we were offered connecting rooms (we travelled as a family), they were always helpful with shopping tips and maps and directions and on the last day, despite being obviously fully booked they generously allowed us a late check out as our flight was in the evening.
I have to give a special shout out to Mr. Nathan Huang who is the Director in charge of the customer experience and who can often be seen hands-on alongside his junior colleagues at the front desk. He always greeted us and took care of any questions we had immediately. Of great note, he helped me to rent a car for a day trip we were making, devoting several hours to personally select the best service, negotiate terms and then patiently explain everything to me. He made sure he was there when I collected and returned the car and was so courteous as to ask me to call him at the hotel if I had any troubles on the road. Nathan, you are amazing and you made our holiday extra special. Thank you!
The location is of course excellent, close to major shopping and tourist sites yet quiet at night for sound sleep. The food is brilliant, the beds comfortable and a definite plus is that the AC thermostat in each room actually works and you can fine tune the temperature to your comfort.
The hotel was very trendy when it opened (some might find its decor is starting to date) and while scrupulously clean there is a slight patina of lean times during the pandemic. For example a broken tile in the bathroom might be neatly repaired rather than replaced, the electrical sockets are loose so your adapters and plugs tend to fall out, the pool towels are plush but might have frayed edges.. like I said, patina.
The pool is worth a mention. Its on the 11th floor and has an infinity edge offering fantastic views. It is not very large and quite deep (1m65 throughout, if I recall) You approach it from one of the narrow ends and being stuck on the side of the building there's no room to walk around its borders, rather the deck chairs are in an adjacent area that doesn't offer line of sight to the water. I say this for the benefit of families with children: there's no easy way to sip a maitai on a deckchair while keeping an eye on them, you have to be in there with them (which you probably should anyway if you're on a family holiday!).
So to sum up, Siam@Siam has created something of a problem for me. Bangkok has so many different accommodation options that you can try something new each time you visit. Yet the service and atmosphere here is such that I can't imagine ever going anywhere else, not to mention my family would probably boycott me if I tried! I cannot recommend more warmly than that. :)
